"This is my first time staying at a self-service hotel. The experience was very good. The room was very clean, there was a kitchen, the tableware was complete and cleaned, and it was placed in the cabinet drawer under the stove. Oil and salt are available. The dishes are in the cabinet above, enough for three people. The sponge and detergent for washing dishes are on the edge of the pool. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. We bought vegetables, fruits and eggs and put them in the refrigerator. It was enough to eat for many days without purchasing them every day, and we saved money for eating out. The bathroom was bright and clean, Germany was dry, the towels in the bathroom were there, and they were dry at night. The hotel is located in the city center and the traffic at the door is very convenient. We took the bus to William Highland Park. Next to the hotel is the supermarket, it is very convenient to buy some daily necessities. This hotel is suitable for free travellers in Germany."

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the main train station of Kassel and William train station, close to the river, the appearance is simple, the interior is very design, very beautiful. The setting and layout of each room are slightly different.
There is a market by the river next to the hotel, you can stroll around. It is very convenient to go to William Heights or Green World, and there are trams and even some walking distances nearby.
The room was very well maintained, the whole looked new and very clean. The bathroom has windows and the ventilation system is not bad. The bathroom is very fast.
The restaurant downstairs is German and very delicate. Breakfast and dinner are very good, especially salad, fresh and delicious. The roast pork chops for dinner are generally mastered, and they are a little uncooked at the end. It is not recommended. The fried pork chops are very good, crisp and delicious, not greasy at all. The waiter is very handsome and patient, and will pay attention to timely inquiries, which is great.

DDavidI was surprised. The price was very fair (62€ January 2025). You get a good room for that. My bathroom was very clean! That was very good. The location is very central in Kassel and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.
Digital check-in if you want... I like that.

But this time I stayed in the hotel and there was no hot water in the hotel, which was unbearable. We negotiated with the front desk. A bearded man was very gentleman and calmly received us, accepting all our questions and complaints, but there was no clear solution and no measures. The implication is that we accept the reality of no hot water. This makes us angry. When we raise our voice, the gentleman motions us not to speak loudly. Okay, then we say it quietly. Asked the manager to come forward to solve the problem, the reply said that the manager was off work, asked how to take a shower, and the reply said that he did not know. Later, a thin bearded man came over and he listened to our confiding, and when we proposed that we should at least contact a hotel with hot water for everyone to take a shower and come back, he agreed.
