Unfortunately our room wasn't clean and the toilet didn't flush. We then got a new room, but there was a broken shower tap and the bathroom wasn't really clean. We expected a little more for the price.

Pros: Location by the main station, lobby bar, nice lobby decor Cons: No air conditioning and very warm rooms, no kettle in room, no closet, no clothing hangers, no clothes iron available for use. Very small room........................

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to Wilhelmshöhe station (the main arrival point for long-distance trains). Note that the hotel is much nearer to the secondary exit from the station platforms accessed by using the lift than by going up the ramp to exit via the main station building. We thought the hotel and breakfast satisfactory, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. As busy times we had to wait some time for the lift (elevator), but this was probably because one of the two lifts was being replaced.
