Last year we came to Sani Dunes for our first ever stay. It was incredible. Elena our suite concierge was just amazing! She checked up on us every single day to make sure we were having a great time. We certainly did. Breakfast in Beach House was out of this world. We tried loads of different restaurants, with 27 on site impossible to try them all at once. Super excited to be coming back on May 1st, one week earlier than last year. Nothing compares to the ‘Sani Dunes Experience’. The staff are beyond professional. From management/ reception to the lovely ladies who cleaned our room everyday, we can’t thank you enough. We are counting the days until we return, only 25 more ‘sleeps’ .

We had 9 days at Sani Dunes with our sons aged 20 and 17. It was superb. The hotel itself is immaculate. We had deluxe family suites with sea view and the room set up, with adjoining doors, was perfect. Spacious, plenty of room for lounging around, nice garden terraces. The beach is lovely, golden sands, warm sea and excellent sunbeds and shades, with very attentive beach staff. The wider Sani resort was great - something for everyone. The marina is gorgeous to walk around. Restaurant choice is excellent and varied. The whole experience was made even better by Maria, who supported us throughout - she was fabulously responsive on WhatsApp, dealt with everything we needed and organised activities. She did a morning walk round to check in with clients to ensure everything going well - and made sure we knew what we needed to maximise the facilities. Super efficient and a lovely happy personality too! She was incredible and a great brand ambassador for the resort.

Returning to Sani Dunes for the fifth time—and each visit still wraps me in that beloved “coming home” feeling. The resort’s breathtaking domain, surrounded by pine forests, crystal-clear pools, and serene beachfront, remains a sanctuary of beauty and tranquility. A sincere shoutout to Andrea—your thoughtful, warm-hearted service turns every arrival into a celebration. Dimitris and the pool team, you make every poolside moment delightful with your friendliness and impeccable attention. And growing into the role with charm and energy, Stergios is a rising star (the Market). The food is extraordinary—each dish crafted with passion and flavor, whether it’s by the pool, in the Marketplace, or at the dreamy Beach House by the sea, the Marina, .... I’m endlessly impressed. Just a short stroll away, the romantic marina beckons with its stylish boutiques, elegant waterfront dining, and ambiance that perfectly captures laid-back Aegean charm. Thank you, Sani Dunes—five stays later, you still enchant. I can’t wait for number six.

Wonderful hotel ! Have visited Sani resort on many occasions but Sani Dunes has been our hotel of choice for many years now due to its layout, staff and excellent management by Mr Nikolas Ouzounis . Every time we visit we never fail to be impressed by the quality of food and exceptional standards that are consistently maintained by Nikos and his wonderful team . Everything is beautifully clean and well cared for and the staff cannot do enough for you . We love to visit here as you feel instantly relaxed as soon as you walk through the hotel entrance . Over the years we have encountered wonderful customer service and it’s lovely to see so many staff are still there providing the same warm welcome they always give us when we arrive. Every visit in some way exceeds our expectations and we are always treated like old friends as well as valued customers . Sani Dunes is our little haven and will always be our first choice holiday . Hoping for many more visits !

Amazing hotel , anything you need is right here ! Download the app, find your reservation and book your restaurant, experiences prior to coming , the holiday will take care of itself 😀 rooms are lovely, balcony rooms are much more spacious with sunbeds , also sunbeds around the fabulous pool are always in abundance , the beach house is also fabulous for breakfast! This hotel oozes charm & elegance, it doesn’t come cheap but Nikos Ouzounis and his staff will make sure you have the most perfect holiday, from the rooms to the pools, to the spa and the excellent food ! Sani resort is perfect Thank you truly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and more ! Book it , you won’t regret it.

I have been coming with my family to Sani Dunes for many years, but this year, it has hit an all-time low. Terribly poor customer service, overpriced room (€3k) "beachfront" to be above the kitchen breathing the smell of food or of the smoking of the staff taking their break, with garbage disposal and collection just behind. Ants coming in the "better" room from holes in it s walls (pictures attached) Furthermore, the cleaning of the room is very basic for the standard the hotel claims to be, the terrace was never cleaned in 10 days, delicacies delivered full of ants (look at the pictures). Forced to change room in the middle of the stay for a higher category but the room standard and experience was worse. Very poorly handled by the hotel, nothing was mentioned at check in, just notified 30minutes before that the room needs to be freed in a very unpleasant manner... When all the problems were brought up to the hotel management, nothing was done, the manager did not even show his face, not even a courtesy note for an overdue apology. Shameful and very poor management for a hotel that pretends to be 5 stars. Customers are just treated as a number, not as humans paying an excessive amount of money for such a poor experience. To be avoided, there are much better options at this price than this hotel

I have been visiting Sani Resort for many years ,and Sani Dunes since the very first day it opened. Returning here always feels like coming home ,and the level of service and experiences is unmatched anywhere else! All thanks from me and my wife to Mr.Ouzounis and his team!
