White Paradise is the pure perfection. We stayed for 8 days to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday, and she couldn’t have asked for more to make this celebration an experience of a life time. Staff - The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay and experience is exceptional, we can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so special. All of the staff are warm, friendly and genuinely care for you. They also teach you Swahili if you wish to learn, which is greeted with such warmth when you speak their language. I have never stayed in a hotel with nicer staff, they make this beautiful hotel even more unique Masai - The Masai are the security for the hotel and will check on you if you wonder far on the beach. They are wonderful. Full of knowledge of Tanzanian culture and teach you the ways of the Masai. All of the Masai we met went out of their way for guests. They also really want to know your own culture and show a genuine interest in learning about the world. Food - The food is incredible, made to order and is the absolute top quality. Each day serves a different verity. Some nights were served on the beach. With seated dining moved outside, and service at your table. The barbecue night is fabulous Drinks - Drinks and cocktails are beyond amazing. We tried most things on the menu and were not disappointed. They staff will walk around the pool all day and serve you at your lounger or inside the pool with drinks and snacks Accommodation - The villas are so peaceful. Each has its own private walkway, surrounded by trees and bushes to give you an escape and truly secluded feel. Inside the air con is powerful, keeping you cool. The beds come with a mosquito net, with housekeeping coming each night to ensure the nets are down and to spray the room with insect repellent (it’s a nice smelling one). The room size, bathroom and living area is large with lots of room. Towels and robes are provided and can be switched for new ones as you wish. Inside the bathroom they stock local soap, shampoo and conditioner…all of which is luxurious and can be purchased at the reception Beach - The beach at the hotel is not good for swimming due to the mangrove trees. But the hotel offer a free shuttle to a private beach 15 mins away. The mangrove beach is absolutely stunning and a really unique view, and when the tide goes out you can walk along for miles enjoying the view (often accompanied by a Masai or seeing friendly locals). Pool - The pool is the largest in Zanzibar. It’s lit up at night beautifully and is the perfect escape from the African sun in the day. Due to the size of the hotel, there is never a scramble for Sun loungers or the need to rush to reserve one. There will always be a lounger for you. Outside of each room are also 2 Sun loungers and deck chairs. So if you wanted to relax with more peace, that is an option too. Most rooms are under a minute walk to the pool. Entertainment - each night is unique. We saw a local dance show, cinema
