+ Room simple (with AC and Fridge) but okay + Room Cleaning was good + Beach Location/ very remote + Nice Pool + Nice reception ladies + Gerneral Design of the resort -No Customer first mentality -During the day little food between lunch and dinner - Urchins at the beach-＞ made swimming quite difficult - aggressive Beach vendors (Massai) that do not respect ones privacy - All inklusive with alcoholic cocktails inclusive but no nonalcoholic juices (besides breakfast juice) inclusive-＞ makes no sense to me - Food Hygiene is poor (Yoghurt and Milk stood at buffet uncooled for multiple hours) - You have to pay for Big Water Bottles to take to your room, even if you have all inclusive. - Beach Towels have stains and are partially ripped. -Bedding has stains. - There is no customer first mentality-＞ Service staff always has to ask Manager first, even for the simplest things. - Manager did not take my food Hygiene concerns seriously and thought it more likely that the people get ill with diarrhea from malaria medication instead of asking himself the question if there is anything the hotel could do better to improve food hygiene. - Food is rather repetitive and very salty (one has to write no salt on the order cards in the morning for it to get better). - Oftentimes the things that bothered us were things you just expect to be up to a certain standard when a hotel has 4 stars but we were disappointed numerously. - Soft Drink choice very limited (Coke,Fanta, Sprite) - Power outages multiple times a day

Small and cozy hotel. Beautiful beach. Very clean. Very tasty food, served at your table! The staff is so friendly. If you don’t like gigantic, impersonal hotels; this is where you should go. It is a little hidden paradise. We definitely recommand it.

The best boutique hotel in Zanzibar. The stuff from manager, chefs, waiters and housekeppeing is excellent and very kind. Everybody is firendly and well trained. The all inclusive gives you from brekfast, lunch and dinner an a la carte experience that means 5 or 6 course variate menus every day...like a 7 star hotel...very good and select South Africa vines, and cocktails, excellent Rom (including old monk indian).....lobster, squid, veal steak and so long...private magnifique beach...clean resort...we recommend it...

Newly opened hotel on Zanzibar east coast, right on the beach. Nice and quiet location, with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable and well equiped, with balconies that offer awesome sea view. A good choice for a couple or group of friends.

Excellent family stay at the hotel. The general and his staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. Also, many advices on the region and on activities to do on the island were provided. Definitely a nice location - we will come back if we can!

Stayed for 3 nights the all inclusive food was the best I’ve ever had - compliments to the chef. Breakfast small buffet - with breakfast menu Lunch and dinner menu exceptional no buffet cooked to order All meals have table / waiter service. Staff are exceptional. ( 5 star food at a 3 star price ) Room 103 is a pool length from the beach the closest room is 3 steps away . At this price excellent value

Great stay, great food and helpful staff. To be recommended. We will return in March with our friends. We went on excursions with the Hotel agency (Makuti Tours), excellent service and professional guides

What can I say, everything was just perfect. Great staff, great hotel excellent food. Highly recommended. If we ever should travel again to Zanzibar we will stay there again. Also a big thank you to the manager.
