An amazing hotel, with unforgettable experience great service and the amenities are perfect for a couples getaway. A perfect getaway to connect with nature and your loved ones. Stunningly beautiful resort! Impeccable service and good food! Private villas were so amazing, large comfortable beds with good air conditioning despite the open air feel. Fun to see monkeys peeping around the villas. Taste of Zanzibar cooking class was fun and delicious.

The most beautiful views, amazing staff, and delicious meals. Kilindi is an incredibly relaxing get away that allowed us to unwind and just enjoy ourselves.

Our butler, Frank was amazing! Always available for anything we wanted and even things we didn’t know we wanted! Food was 4.5* clean, fresh and tasty. All of the staff was very warm and friendly. The bed was firm and comfortable. The villa was kept very clean by daily service. Very much enjoyed!

This is the best place I have ever stayed. It was the perfect end to our honeymoon. We loved hanging by the pool and beach all day. Food and drinks were the best! And it was great to have a little private beach. We stayed in villa 7 and it was amazing! Lily was the best person and was so incredibly helpful! She helped make any of our requests happen and even set up a special last night table by the bonfire. The staff is so incredibly helpful and kind. I hope to come back someday to this little slice of paradise!

We spent our delayed honeymoon/first anniversary trip at Kilindi. The staff work tirelessly to ensure each moment of your stay is memorable, everyone is ready to help with anything and everything. The villas are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Loads of wildlife around the grounds which was really cool to observe - look out for the bush babies at dinner, they love a bit of bread! The management team of Said and Meghan saved us with some additional medication when our supplies ran out after we both caught a cold and upset stomach (not from hotel food). They checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were on the mend. Our villa host, Salum, was fantastic and anticipated pretty much our every need. The ladies at the spa were also lovely and the treatments we had were some of the best we’ve ever had at a spa anywhere. The extreme tides were interesting to observe but it does mean you need to time your sea swim as the water recedes pretty far, especially in the spring. Overall, we would recommend Kilindi to just about everyone!

One of a kind architecture. 15 villas on a huge tropical garden plot. Private yet family-like. Everything beautifully decorated and maintained. Friendlyness of all staff (butlers, room service, gardeners, security personnel etc.) is impressive.
