First of all a huge THANKS to ALL the Staff. Starting from the reception (great welcome we had at the check in, after a long, exhausting, trip from a young male receptionist, but unfortunately I cannot remember his name) till gardeners, from bar staff till my room cleaner, Fatma! All were wonderful and always smiling. Just some more names I remember: Baraca, Kevin and Rehema at the bar. Lazaro and Salma at the restaurant. I would like to write all of them, but is not easy to remember. A big thank you also to the Egyptian and the Nepalese managers, also cannot recall their names, but they know we are very grateful to them. I don’t forget the kitchen, but unfortunately food didn’t meet my/our expectations. Was repetitive and very often with no particular taste… a sadness because from garden, till the beach I can really have no complaints. Unfortunately a vacation/holiday includes also enjoying food, this is why I cannot put 5 on our experience. Nevertheless, I am sure that food can be improved and I hope that when I come back next time, I will find tasty and healthy food, as it has to be for such a nice TUI Blue Bahari.
