We had the most wonderful stay at the Royal Mandarin hotel. We were treated like family by Ahmed and his team. The animation team Khamis, Obama and Maria went out of their way to make the dinner entertainment show absolutely wonderful. They are continuing to upgrade their facilities, to make this one of Zanzibars top resorts. Thank you Ahmed and team.

Wow, what a great experience. From the moment we arrived at Royal Mandarin, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The whole team really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right and that guests have the best possible time. By the time we were leaving, I honestly felt sad that the trip was over — and that doesn’t happen to me often when I travel. I’m happy I chose Zanzibar for my vacation, but I’m even happier that I chose Royal Mandarin for this trip. The hotel, the vibe, and especially the people made all the difference. Special thanks to Ahmed Elshafey for being incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. You and your team are doing a fantastic job, and the hotel is definitely in good hands. This brand new hotel is the real Paradise on the shore of the Indian Ocean in Zanzibar. White sand and turquoise water are just on your doorstep. The beach is exceptional because the hotel also cleans the seaweed every day from the water, so you can enjoy the perfect white sand. The facility is spotless, the rooms are well equipped with AC, ceiling fan, smart TV, coffee maker, and also the beds are extremely comfortable. Ahmed, the assistant general manager is the best we have ever met. The whole staff was incredible warm and welcoming, they made sure our stay was enjoyable. The all inclusive package is a perfect choise, both restaurant and bars provided good variety of delicious food and drink selection with great local entertainment. Thank you, Ahmed and your entire team for making our holiday so special! We will come back again!

Excelent view with a beautiful and cozy and the people very warm and friendly. The experiente that I hâd it there were amazing. And for sure next time I Will return glady to enjoy the quality time among you guys. I highly recomand it to other people to check your resort

We had an amazing stay at Royal Mandarin. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Appreciated the early check in. Staff ran to assist with our bags , served us fresh coconut juice and refresher towels upon arrival. Loved that the rooms we had, had direct excess to the beach. Evening entertainment was well though off. Thank you 'Animation team' the 2 gentleman did a great job. The chef listened and customized some of our meals to suit our needs. Loved the breakfast meals that was given. The rooms had a fresh concrete smell , u can tell its a new room. The bed was a dream to sleep on , soft, comfortable and snugged . Coffee machine, slippers, gowns and umbrella was a nice personal touch to the room . Hotel is away from the busy areas so no outside disturbance trying to sell a tour. Royal Manadrin is the perfect hotel if u looking for a peaceful, relaxed, luxury environment.
