The hotel is new, with great infrastructure. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Attentive and caring staff, especially Ahmed, Isack, Fausta, Adil and the others. I had the opportunity for the hotel to organize my birthday! Thanks a lot for each and everyone.

"I recently stayed at the Royal Mandarin Hotel in Zanzibar and was absolutely delighted! The food was amazing with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel itself is new, clean, and has cozy rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Everything was top-notch. I will definitely be returning!"

I visited this hotel in Feb, 2022. After one week of my vacation the war started in my country. Neither my tour operator nor embassy tried to return me home. Due to COVID restrictions I was also not able to return home via Europe myself. I was lost in Africa. It was the best adventure in my life. And the most exciting part of it belongs to Zanzibar. It took me almost one month to return home via Ethiopia, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland to Ukraine. Now, in 2025 I am still alive and would like to say many thanks to hotel owner and hotel staff for their support in 2022. Zanzibar people are great! Thank you! 😊

1. Rosie the manager is super helpful, right from arranging WiFi in the room (by default is not available). She went extra steps to make us comfortable 2. The ocean view room is splendid, with breath taking views of blue waters and white sand beaches 3. I could not find any litter on the beach, and was relaxing to walk on on the beach 4. The breakfast is continental and it's palatable 5. The property is huge, and houses Manu rooms, however, we were travelling off season, and we were the only ones. 6. The restaurant and bar were kept open just for us into the night

Byliśmy w hotelu z rodziną (w sumie 4 dorosłych i 3 dzieci). Hotel dopiero co po otwarciu. Otrzymaliśmy przepiękny, jasny i gustownie urządzony pokój z bezpośrednim wyjściem na plażę. Plaża piaszczysta, szeroka, codziennie sprzątana. Występują spore pływy - ale nam to zupełnie nie przeszkadzało. W chwili kiedy byliśmy był czynny jeden duży basen - o długości około 24 m. Obok bar z bardzo dobrymi i kolorowymi drinkami. W restauracji (z racji nie dużego obłożenia) wszystkie posiłki były przygotowywane zgodnie z naszym zamówieniem - wszystkie pyszne i przepięknie podane. Codziennie wieczorem były animacje - mimo niewielkiej liczby gości. Około 06:20 można było podziwiać wschody słońca. Widok z recepcji hotelowej także powala :) Bardzo dziękujemy całemu zespołowi ludzi tam pracujących, od recepcji, przez barmanów, kelnerki i kelnerów, przez animatorów (jedn mówi po polsku), aż po samego managera Pana Ahmada. Bardzo dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt! Ps. Część hotelu jest jeszcze w trakcie renowacji, ale w ogóle nie jest to odczuwalne i nie przeszkadza w super wypoczynku na wysokim poziomie.

Дорогие друзья! Мы находимся в этом замечательном отеле и не можем нарадоваться! Это просто райский уголок, где царит атмосфера идеального отдыха. Температура воды в океане достигает 31-32 градусов, а температура воздуха такая же. Когда заходишь в воду, кажется, что она горячее тела — невероятное ощущение! В такой воде я ещё никогда не купался! Для тех, кто хочет охладиться, есть бассейн. Отель новый, недавно построенный, а номера чистые и уютные. Мы приехали рано, до времени заселения, но нас разместили без проблем. Наш номер — это небольшой домик на первой линии, прямо у океана! Не хуже, чем на Мальдивах! И даже круче! Персонал отеля невероятно приветливый, дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Они стараются угодить каждому гостю и создают атмосферу тепла и уюта. Особенно хочется поблагодарить управляющего Ахмета — он очень радушный, добрый и отзывчивый человек. Номера в отеле комфортные, чистые и удобные. Всё новое. Есть телевизор с разрешением 4К, но нет русских каналов. Однако на отдыхе это и не нужно! Для того чтобы быть в курсе последних новостей, есть интернет. Скорость Wi-Fi просто превосходная — её хватает для всего. Теперь про еду. Сначала был заказной стол. Можно было заказать лангустинов и осьминогов и очень много обычных вкусностей. Потом оборудовали зал для шведского стола. Очень разнообразный выбор Всё очень вкусно! Я горячо рекомендую этот отель и отдых в нём. Здесь очень классно! Отель однозначно заслуживает 5 звёзд.

Très belle hôtel, avec un cadre de vie idyllique , chambres très spacieuses, et toute une équipe de femmes de chambres 24/24 pour rendre les chambres impeccables. La nourriture exquise et les cocktails à volontés et activités tous les jours, Toute l'équipe de l hôtel toujours à votre service et très souriante, et se soucis à notre bien être afin que le séjour se passe bien. Je suis parti seule, mais j'ai trouvé des gens formidables et en confiance, qui mon accompagnées durant mon séjour. Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l'hotel et en particulier à ISACK qui m'a servi de guide. Merci infiniment. NAKU PENDA HOTEL ROYAL MANDARIN

Un accueil à la hauteur des étoiles de cet établissement, impossible de faire un pas sans avoir un sourire, un mot agréable , une attention particulière de l’ensemble du personnel. Le manager Hamed veille en permanence sur ses clients avec une attention personnalisée , il sera aux petits soins pour vous . Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Le restaurant est varié avec des soirées à thèmes. L’hôtel n’est pas dans sont état final et il sera pourvu dans quelques temps de toutes les infrastructures pouvant convenir à un large public . Dans notre cas nous sommes persuadés d’avoir trouvé la véritable perle de Zanzibar
