It was very bad. The quilt was too thin. There was only one sheet that we used to make the quilt. It was cold when the air conditioner was turned on, and hot when it was not turned on. I booked it for 5 days at a time and could not get a refund. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service and the refund was only for one day. Moreover, the price is very expensive and the location is very remote. I went there alone and arrived at night. I was very scared and wanted to cry.

Our room was very nice and seemed recently refurbished. Would recommend adding a table in the bathroom to put toiletries but we managed without. The balcony is lovely with a great view of their huge beach. The pool is nice and where we admired the beach from to avoid the salesmen. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I didn’t think the restaurant food was a wow. Better to order basics like fish n chips or sandwich. Breakfast was fairly decent but they have a problem with bees. Seems like they were doing some smart experiments to counteract this issue though.

I really recommend this place with nice view and good staff. Very clean and the food was amazing, definitely coming back here. Me and my friends loved this place. Amazing shisha. A lot of variation on the menu. Loved it! 🫶🏻 thank you for your hospitality

Great place to stay right on Kendwa beach in Zanzibar for a great value. Beach is beautiful with plenty of seating with activities to do around. Food and drinks were also very good. And the staff was helpful and hospitable. Would highly recommend

They charge 10$ per person for a beach, even if they have no sun-beds and umbrellas available. Promised private beach but every 5 minutes we were harassed by somebody trying to sell something or otherwise get our money. Not recommended at all!

We had a horrible experience here both times we stayed here. The staff was SO unprofessional and rude. Not only did we wait 3+ hours for just a margarita pizza, the staff overcharged us on SO many drinks. We ended up paying nearly $100 for beverages we never received and had never ordered. There are much nicer resorts to stay at in Kendwa. Do not come here, it’s not worth the headache.
