Perplexed about the resort's 5-star rating. Beyond the lack of care for the (dirty) beach, the staff is not very attentive starting from the beach guards (constantly with their heads lowered to the screen of their phone without noticing passers-by rummaging through the bags left under the umbrellas), continuing with the waiters are listless, slow and often forget orders (there are few really kind and helpful ones, I remember Grace, Peter, Aidan, Combino, Helly and in general those who take care of cleaning the rooms), I have rarely seen managers going around the resort or monitor staff activity. For the quality of the food: the Gold restaurant has a little varied menu and the quality of the food left me very perplexed, while the Kilimanjaro buffet restaurant has little variety. The cocktail menu is very limited and mocktails are practically absent. Resort without a sports center (there is only a small but very clean gym). Noisy nearby resorts. Personally, although I found the holiday relaxing, I would not recommend either the destination or the resort.
