There are very few Chinese here, most Europeans. It is very big and beautiful. The rooms are also very large. There are balconies and bathtubs. The decoration style is very modern. There are more than a dozen houses without elevators. They are like a scenic spot, in fact they are. In this way, you should bring a bracelet after you come in. The facilities in the hotel and the swimming pool can be used. All meals are included, and unlimited drinks and beverages are included. It is a good place for leisure and vacation.

All are great in Riu palace starting to introduce animation team in Riu palace are fabolous and expectation Jamal and his Team Provided nice services we joined his aqua gym it was so great Food is delicious with good taste especially sea food and African Traditional food was so great, you will not regreat to choose Riu palace Thirsty is our favourite one is Location is so great with perfect views, nice gardens 🍓🌴🌴🌴🥰 and our check in it was so quickly don‘t try to waste Riu as a bad hotel never and It will not be that we stayed for 2 weeks and we know manything about Riu palace of Zanzibar and we are sure this is the best one hotel in Africa I would like to recommend Hamad and Dijana for their great service and we will back for sure Our paradise

5 stars for the location, barely 4 for the rest. Beautiful looking hotel, good location, wonderful swimming pool, nice pier and the little islets for the rooms are quite nice. For the rooms it's another story, it may have been a 5 star 10 years ago but not today. Furniture stained and user, ditto for bedding, average cleanliness. Overall it deserves a major renovation to regain 5 stars. We had to ask to change rooms… Average but correct food, a big plus for the Jetty restaurant whose dishes are simply excellent. In short, in summary the value for money is very average, if you have this kind of budget, take another 5 *, otherwise pay less and take a nice 4 * at half price.

Everything from beginning to the end was positive in our opinion. We were very excited for visiting the hotel in our 3 weeks trip around the island, and it was all superb: registration, lobby, views, swimming pool, garden, room … everything!!! But staff was even much better. There is a lot of people in the place and didn´t get to know all of them, but everyone’s attitude was always in a good mode. Jambooo !! Mr. Abdul ‘s welcome was excellent on arrival. He was very nice and charming, calm and helpful with the information about the hotel facilities. Mr. Abdillahi took us to our room with the golf cart, so nice person, helping with our heavy cases and showing all the items in our room. Thank you so much. Breakfast and restaurant staff was always nice, same as garden and swimming pool employees. Live music at dinner time was a great moment too. Thank you also to housekeeping, our room was in a perfect condition every day. And at the end, Simai and Hamidi, both bellboys were very nice and funny with us. Also, a special mention to front office manager, Mr. Javier Gonzalez, we experienced amazing customer service from him. Thank you very much to the whole team. We would really come back and will definitely recommend the place. Ahsante sana !!!!!

We stayed at Gold for 7-nights in Decemebr and had an amazing time. It reall feels like paradise whilst we were there. The room was great and spacious. We had a few problems with the shower but the team was quick to action and sort the problem. Location - excellent and near one of the best be beahes in Zanzibar. The room was luxurious and spacious. We had a few problems with the shower but the team were quick to act and sorted in quickly. The cleaners were efficent and did a great job. They sprayed the toom with mosquito repellents and didn't really have any issues. The service was amongst the best that I've come across. Nicole was brilliant and chekced in on us on a regular basis. My wife also has some food intolerances but the Chef was excellent in ensuring she had enough choice for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was the best part of the day for me (omelettes were delicious). Overall, the staff service was brilliant. In summary, we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Zanzibar, and I'd recommend this hotel to my friends and family for sure.

Tui Blue Bahari is 5*+ There is space, good food, great private beaches, 5 restaurants, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. There were more sunbeds than guests when we stayed and towels are available poolside. There are bars in the garden, by the beach and at the pool, which are all manned with waiters and bar staff who are happy and efficient. The hotel has security and a private beach and the local tour sellers wait at the beach for you to engage. If you walk straight into the sea from the resort you'll find starfish, urchins and Dory fish. The room door we had wouldn't lock with a firm push and a couple times after the cleaners had been it was unlocked. Overall though 9.5/10 I'd recommend for any special occasion, or for those who want to safari in Tanzania, or swim with dolphins in Mnemba.

This hotel was a very enjoyable stay! I first must mention the food! Almost all of the food I had was incredible, very good food , and the selection was very impressive. Secondly, the beach is amazing, when the water is clear it is truly a marvel. The hotel is quite large and busy if you enjoy a more secluded stay this is not the place for you , that being said I still found my time here incredibly enjoyable. All staff were kind and talkative, the resort as a whole was very clean, and there is a grocery style super market with a good selection for extra drinks and snacks a five minute walk from the hotel entrance.

We have loved our stay here from beginning to end - the location is spectacular with the beautiful beach and ocean on the edge of the hotel, the grounds are beautifully maintained with lush gardens all around you, the rooms are very clean, modern and stylishly decorated, and the food is varied and without exception, delicious! However, the one standout that made our trip so special was the people - the team here are exceptional. The level of care and customer service shown from beach attendants, to housekeeping, to bar and restaurant staff, to management is outstanding and they should be so proud of what they have created here. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

The hotel is not huge which i loved because the facilities and service feel very personalized. The team is very friendly especially Ally and Norah! I loved the seafood grill a la carte Lebanese restaurant. The beach was beautiful and the see reaf guided hike was very enjoyable. The room was very well kept and comfortable. The next door village has nice local food and products.

Ending our honeymoon at Zuri Zanzibar was like stepping into paradise. The resort is breathtaking, with its prime beachfront location and beautifully designed spaces. We were thrilled by the level of service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere at Zuri! The beach at Zuri is the best on the island—pristine and private, with perfect sunset views. We enjoyed sunset drinks and a beach barbecue featuring incredible seafood, which became one of the highlights of our trip! We also booked the romantic beachside dinner which was everything we wanted and more. From all the people we spoke to, Zuri is definitely the nicest resort on the island. The staff, including Richard, Regan, Francis, and many more, were attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the resort itself offered everything we could want without needing to leave. Zuri Zanzibar was the perfect end to our honeymoon—a luxurious, peaceful retreat where we felt pampered and relaxed.
