The hotel is very new and the rooms are quite big. It is very clean and the service is very good. There is a convenient store at the ground floor of the hotel and there is a lounge which you can grab a coffee and relax or read a book. I came here on 7 April 2024, there is a Sakura tree right in front of the window of our room. It’s good to have a walk in park next to the hotel. It is full of Sakura.
Be mindful that there is another Garden Hotel near by.
There is no free car park at the hotell but you can pay 1000 yen to park your car nearby. When we arrived it was very late and the surrounding was very dark. The staff was very nice. He personally took us to the car park.
There is a very big shopping centre near the area where you are go shopping and there are a lot of restaurants as well.
We spent a very lovely time at the hotel!

The facilities were clean.
There was a 24-hour lounge where you could read or study.
The small dishes at breakfast were delicious. The food selection seemed to be the bare minimum of what you'd find at a typical hotel buffet.
There is no gym or sauna.
Be aware that the location is far from the station!
It is close to the University of Tokyo's Kashiwa campus.
