Very nice hotel just across the street from the rebuilt ancient city and mosque. Big room, nice view. Breakfast is included and is mostly chinese breakfast items. Reception struggled with English but we used translation app with some ( limited) success—tgey were super friendly and really tried to please. Hotel works perfectly so don’t need a lot of communication. I would stay there again!

The hotel has a lovely ambiance. The room windows could be opened, letting in a natural, fresh breeze, which was incredibly relaxing. Its location is very convenient for exploring the ancient city. The front desk staff were exceptionally proactive and enthusiastic in welcoming us; any issues or requests were promptly addressed by simply contacting the front desk, which was a huge plus. The laundry service was excellent, and the reading center on the fourth floor was fantastic – a perfect spot to enjoy some lemon water, read a book, and just unwind. Super new hotel suitable for families and children Free airport pick-up and drop-off: very convenient. When checking into the hotel, just tell the front desk in advance to board the plane. Business car pick-up and drop-off on time. Late check-out until 14:00: suitable for families with children hahaha Environment: Right next to the Kashgar Ancient City Scenic Area, about ten minutes’ walk. Parking is available downstairs. Service: Alimu, the foreman at the front desk and restaurant, has very good service. We brought our children to stay and gave us a free room upgrade, hahaha Hygiene: very clean Facilities: A newly opened hotel, so the facilities are well maintained.

As the most expensive hotel in Kashgar, the environment and facilities are first-class. However, the service and hygiene could be improved. The value for money is better than staying at the East Gate of the Old City, which is more convenient for watching the opening ceremony.

Self-driving to Kashgar, the hotel is not far from the ancient city of Kashgar, convenient travel, convenient parking, has its own parking lot, there are large shopping centers and supermarkets next to it, easy to supply. The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was rich and varied, the taste was delicious, and the overall service was very good. Very recommended!

全季酒店是我現在出行的首選酒店，以前出行以五星級酒店為主，但是很多五星級酒店都比較老，燈光昏暗，孩子學習傷眼睛。後來發現全季酒店乾淨衞生，房間燈光明亮，孩子看書學習不傷眼睛，早餐豐富，性價比高。所以現在去哪兒，首先在這個城市看有沒有合適的全季酒店。這次入住全季酒店喀什古城店，我作為華住的金會員，我很負責任的進行這次點評。    這家全季酒店就在古城南門不遠處，去古城遊玩，去古城東門看入城儀式都不遠，可以步行過去，不用打車，總體衞生，服務還都不錯，能達到全季的標準。還有接送機服務非常方便。下面説説需要改進的地方。    我喜歡住全季，就是喜歡全季房間燈光明亮，亮堂堂的，孩子學習不傷眼睛，可是這家全季房間不明亮，房間光線黑乎乎的，燈泡壞了也不換，卧室房間（不包括衞生間，門廳）4個吸頂燈，2個是壞的，洗手枱頂上（門廳）3個吸頂燈，1個是壞的。電視也衹能看一個頻道。    這家全季酒店沒有全季特有的香味，洗澡間沒有頭頂的花灑，衹有手持花灑，還是壞的，水都從邊上流出來了。早餐倒是挺富豐，我總共吃了兩頓早餐，第一天一開餐，我8點半就到了，東西齊全，第二天我10點到的（早餐11點才結束），可很多東西都沒有了，連早餐必備的雞蛋饅頭稀飯都沒有了，咖啡機連續兩個早餐還都是壞的。    雖然這家全季位於景區，但是也不能降低全季的標準呀，希望全季的管理層能加強管理，不要辜負了華住會員對全季的期望。

The room is clean and hygienic and has floor-to-ceiling windows. We arrived late and the security guard was very enthusiastic in guiding us to parking spaces. The breakfast and dining environment is very good and the service is very efficient. It's no exaggeration to say that they are responsive to every request. The laundry room also has a dryer. The gym and laundry room are together and it's not that boring when waiting for laundry. If something is missing from the room, I quickly call to report it and the waiter doesn't have to go far. He waited directly on the side of the road and gave it to me, and also gave me a small gift along the way. I have stayed in many hotels in Kashgar for the first time and it feels so good and cost-effective. Guli at the front desk is really beautiful and gentle. I will stay here again next time I am on a business trip.

The room was very clean and I liked the decor. It also came with a tea set and tea leaves. I had some tea and a takeaway before bed. Across the street was the Kashgar Old Town, which was a great experience. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of food and was very comfortable. Highly recommended, it's very close to the Old Town.

Environment: Newly renovated hotel, the overall Bauhaus style, is quite distinctive. Facilities: There are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers! Really good, happy to look at it. 24-hour airport transfer: The location of the hotel is very close to Kashgar Airport. In the morning, the business car will pick up and drop off at the hotel entrance, and it will be 30 minutes. It's also quite fast. The fruit plate given is very good, it is a feature of the intercity brand, and the taste is still very crafty. Service: When checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room, the experience is very good! Depending on the room status, the upgrade room is still very good, like it!

The room is very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the front desk service. The price is very favorable. It is worth recommending.
