It is very convenient inside the ancient city. There is a beautiful view when you come out. The inn is also very beautiful. I like it. It is not far from the entrance of the ancient city. I like it very much. The only disadvantage is that it depends on luck to encounter the quality of the guests in the same room. They come and go very loudly and open and close the door with force, which affects my rest. Some people are not polite enough to open my bed curtain to look at me while I am sleeping, which wakes me up. Everyone should be careful to carry personal valuables with you. Next time I come to stay, it is better to stay in a single room.

I stayed here with my two kids under four years old and loved the experience. The hotel is located at a prime of location where Eid Gah is two mins walk away and the pedestrian food street and ancient city right across the road. The hotel is generally very clean, however as I entered my room I did feel like the floor needed better mopping. I could clearly see that some diet residue has been smeared all over the floor. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they were very cooperative with my inability to understand Chinese. Breakfast is amazing. They offer a great variety of items from fruits to bread and drink and soups/bean paste. I did notice that the bread was stale but there were definitely other options available. You can also do laundry without having to buy your own detergent 🥹 on the 5th floor. I did twice. 😄 My life was made so much easier with kids. I am so going to stay here again.

A very beautiful Xinjiang courtyard where local people in Kashgar live. ”Hidden in the city” is in the alley behind the Kashgar Cultural Center. There are many local residents around. Behind the alley is the Grand Bazaar. It is less than two kilometers away from the old city of Kashgar. It is very convenient to enter and exit. The point is that it is a typical Xinjiang style with bright colors. It should be very photogenic. It is pet-friendly. The store owner also has two dogs. The service is very good. After checking in, you will be added on WeChat immediately to share with you the precautions of the homestay and very practical local travel tips. We had problems with parking and the little brother and sister were also very enthusiastic to run out to pick up and guide us. It can be seen that it is a very humane team. I recommend everyone to experience it.

The Shadao where I stayed after returning from Ta County is not as decorated in the ethnic style as many B&Bs in Kashgar, but as soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel that it is very clean, comfortable, and simple and elegant. The family room we booked was very spacious, with clean linens and powerful air conditioning. I didn't sleep well at night in Ta County because the quilt was too thick, so I finally got a solid night's sleep in Shadao. You can take pictures of Kunlun Tower from the rooftop terrace of the B&B. It is very close to the ancient city of Dongcheng and Gaotai Residential Houses. It only takes a few minutes to walk. The boss aunt also carefully introduced us to the Kashgar Ancient City tour route, which was very considerate. In short, during this 12-day trip to Xinjiang, I booked 4 B&Bs, and Shadao was the most warm and comfortable one for me!

AApril‘Mother1. Location: In the west of the ancient city, very close to a gate of the ancient city. Then go out of this gate, cross the road, and walk a short distance to the right to reach Nuolan Hotel, a relatively good local restaurant with many locals. The hotel is decorated very distinctively and the service attitude is good. I ate roasted pigeon, lamb skewers, pepper chicken, strawberry milkshake, etc. I think the taste is quite good 😄. There is also an ancient city performance downstairs at 7 o'clock in the evening.
2. Room: The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and I like the layout very much. The bed is against the window. When you open the window, you can see the ancient city street. The sun shines in and it is very warm.
3. The boss: very enthusiastic, and also invited us to eat the dates grown by ourselves, which are very delicious. There are also two cute cats.
Our girl likes this homestay very much 😄, and is vying to write a review.
Kashgar is a place worth visiting again. Next time, I will choose Qingfeng Yage

GGuest UserA home-away-from-home in the far reaches of Kashgar.
The property is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, from the seating area for interaction, to the beds in the dorms with the curtains for privacy, a nightlight and an electrical outlet. I especially like that there's a rooftop with clotheslines and pegs for drying my clothes since I can't get together a full load to use the washing machine/ dryer.
The homestay is located in a local village about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town. However, this being Kashgar, the village is a Uighur village and you can interact with the locals staying here. There are lots of small shops and an entire street of food just on the street outside.
Ella, the owner of the homestay/hostel, has a great personality suited to hosting guests - she is warm, outgoing, and sincere and loves laughter. She's like the glue that brings her guests together to form a social circle, though she's fully appreciates some people may prefer their downtime and respects that.
It's not the peak season for travelling at the moment but even then, it's been great fun staying here.

EemdethuongI wanted some place inside the Old City that accepts foreigners. This one does accept foreigners, for all foreign travellers out there. The homestay I booked was closed unnoticed. I showed up at the place completely getting confused. But after some body languages later I finally found some help on the street to talk to the owner through phone. He came to pick me and took me to another homestay of his sister which is also in the Old City complex. The room was smaller than the one I booked but I agreed to stay anyway. Trip Customer Service contacted later to apologize for the inconvenience amd compensate me with Trip coins which I was fine with. The home owner (Han people) was warm and welcoming so I will leave the unlucky event off my mind. All convos between me and the owner are via translation app since no one speaks English and it is all going well. Helpful people.
The first photo was the Jingyi homestay which was closed for the season. The rest of the photos were the other homestay within the Old City complex that I was taken to, not far from Jingyi.

GGuest UserNo language can express our love for the Yuge B&B, and all standards cannot resist the human touch here! In Kashgar, our nine-day trip, the three days in Ta County are the ultimate appreciation of Pamir, back to Kashgar, we choose to live here, here is the memory of Kashgar. The most looking forward to every day is to go back to the homestay to find a kitten to play, as for the environment or service, comfortable is more like family and friends! We have memories here that are not only beautiful, but also real ones that come here to feel this warmth.
In fact, in addition to this little black cat that was rescued back, there was a more serious silver layer of injuries that was rescued back, so serious that we couldn't bear to see it. We are very worried about whether the kitten can stick to it. Fortunately, every day we see here is the kitten improving day by day. I really want to stay a little longer. There are really too many feelings that can't be expressed in words.

GGuest UserThe girl on the front desk is helpful using her phone translator, there’s beer in the fridge (Wusu is the strongest but not very strong), the 4-bed room has bathroom and curtains for the beds for privacy. Nice to hear the music from below reaching the room.
Great to be in Kashgar for the brilliant Sunday Grand Bazaar livestock and food market, and for the unadorned serene Id Kar main mosque (one of 24,300 mosques in Xinjiang), the mausoleum (walk up the long side road and see it from the back first: it’s beautiful there, there’s no one else and the cemetery is also amazing).
The old city isn’t so special but there is a separate part over the main road rather is much less touristy and more appealing. There’s also this beautiful cafe there shown on the last three photos here, with loads of coffees, playing Astrid Gilberto, and with beautiful features he chose to add to the original old-city building.

AANWhat can I say: awesome place, awesome room, awesome hosts. Alyx is speaks little English but WeChat translate and other translate apps, helps with the English-Chinese barrier.
Along with the extremely warm hospitality with his wife who made an effort to make me breakfast before my early 2 day tour at 8 am which is not part of the expenses, made my stay in Kashgar worth wild. With my little Chinese, we exchanged cultural experiences and it was like we were old time friends.
He even patiently helped with booking a tour to Lake Karakul and to Tashkurgan, along with getting a border permit (where the tour company was harrassing him for extra info since they never dealt with a foreigner before) and which was unknownly in the Lonely planet guide but under Karakoram Highway section.
Thanks for making my stay feel like another home - with friends rather than another business in another city for a female solo traveller.

MMeinaozidemaomiThe location is on the outer edge of the ancient city, very close to Geng Gong Temple. Checking in with suitcases is a bit difficult. But if you live inside, I guess it will be more strenuous. After all, there are ups and downs and steps in the ancient city. If you don't live on the first floor, you have to carry your suitcase upstairs. I guess this is a common problem among B&Bs in ancient cities. The first thing I felt when I woke up the next morning was that I didn't expect to sleep well last night. It was noisy on the second night. People were checking in one after another in the middle of the night. The sound of going up the stairs and the sound of the bar outside were a bit loud, so I didn't sleep well. The room is relatively small, the two beds are probably 50cm apart. There is no dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and there is no place to put the clothes you change.

I wrote this to provide information to Koreans traveling to Kashgar.
1) Cleanliness of the facility: Very clean, the bathroom is also very clean because the accommodation is cleaned regularly every day.
2) Whether or not to register the accommodation: The owner personally registers the accommodation. However, since we are foreigners,
it is better to tell the owner about today's schedule in advance using a translator (it seems that there is a way to write down the schedule when registering the accommodation)
3) The male owner speaks English very well, and the owner's wife always tries to help with a translator
4) Location: It is located in the middle of Kashgar's old city, so the location is great, and you can walk to the mosque in 5 minutes
(Even though it is in the middle of the old city, it is located in an alley, so there is no need to worry about noise at all. It is very quiet)
5) In addition, there is a hair dryer, Korean-style outlet, and washing machine. It is possible to travel very comfortably.
There are so many good points that I have too much to write about, but for Koreans, cleanliness is the most important, so for Koreans who care about cleanliness, this is the best choice. Next time I travel to Cass, I will definitely stay here.
