They accept foriengers, a big plus since many places do not. Rates are very affordable for what you get. Rooms are large, remodeled, and clean with very a comfortable bed. Cleaning crew are very nice and eager to clean your room daily. Despite front desk not speaking English, they are patient and helpful using translation apps helping me find a photocopy store, scanning my passport for eVisa requirements, organizing me transportation, storing my bicycle in the security room, and even calling the Entry-Exit Bureau for me for updated land border crossing information.

180 per night for a king-size bed room. Just across the street is the entrance to the ancient city's west gate. There are barbecues downstairs. The hotel's French fries and shrimps are also good.

Be sure to lock the door!!!
We two men stayed in Room 513 in Heilbag on the night of March 28th. It's half past two in the middle of the night. Someone opened the door with a universal card and entered our room. We suddenly woke up and the door was closed again! I ran out and the man outside told me he was in the wrong room. The next morning, the hotel front desk told me that his staff had taken me to the wrong room. I have asked Ctrip to handle this issue

The only bad thing is that you can't live near the road, it's too noisy. When I walked in, I thought the window was open, but later I realized it was just as noisy with it closed as it was with it open!

Overall, it's OK, with some ethnic characteristics, and the restaurant on the first floor is OK, but the price of such a business hotel is still very high, comparable to Shanghai. Much higher than Chengdu.

From Urumqi Haierbag to Kashgar, everything is pretty good. The Kashgar store is close to the ancient city, just across the road, very convenient. The hotel environment and service are pretty good.

The hotel is in a great location, right near the old city of Kashgar. There is a locally famous Xinjiang specialty restaurant in the hotel. There are also some restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient to eat nearby.

The room is average, the shower head is very small, and there is a lot of dust in the room decoration on the same floor... There is a Xinjiang restaurant downstairs that is OK, and the surrounding restaurants are all B&B-style restaurants. It is very close to the old town, just across the street.
