The hotel is quite nice with the room being modern and clean. The bed is comfortable and there is free breakfast on the 21st floor. Unfortunately, it is a smoker hotel, even if on Trip it states that there are non smoker rooms and the rooms do smell quite smokey. The staff did offer to move rooms though, so they do try to make it right

The room was quite large, the cleaning was done in a timely manner, a fruit plate was provided, and the wet and dry separation was done well. Breakfast was okay and replenished in a timely manner. Overall highly recommended.
However, the waiting time for the shared elevator in the office building is long, the laundry room is very small and is not a commercial washing machine, and although there is a delivery robot, takeaways are delivered to the door of the room, which makes it feel unsafe. The pattern text on the room card is a bit strange.
