酒店位置非常好，古城和清真寺步行就能到達！服務員也都很熱情，安排的房間很滿意，安靜舒適。

距離喀什古城很近，酒店門前公交車，出租車都很方便。房間乾淨熱水很好，入住辦理快。酒店給我們安排的是頂層，可以俯瞰古城，就續住1日。空調是分體的，室外機就在窗外噪音比較大。

有兩個卧室，一個裡麪是一張單人床，另一個是大床+單人床，衞生間用的毛玻璃做隔斷，而且我們入住時排風扇壞了，到走的時候也沒修好，每天的氣味很腌臢。洗澡水時冷時熱，晚上10點以後經常沒熱水，而且水流很小。淋浴頭其實看得出老闆本來想做的比較高端，但是因為沒安前置過濾器，人頭都被水垢堵住了，結果衹有手持花灑和下出水能用，所以使用起來很不方便。
主卧的窗簾少一個，所以相當於沒有遮光
早餐住了5天，沒換過菜色，最後直接放棄早餐出去覓食。每天都是豇豆+麻辣豆腐+麻辣茄子+土豆+饅頭花捲+粥++雞蛋+很淡很淡的牛奶
五星是給前台的姑娘和那個全能維族小夥子的，做核酸修門修電視都是他，設施和環境嘛，算了。
走路到古城一個小門大概10分鐘，下次再來的話，我還是選擇直接住在古城對面吧

酒店挺好的，去古城也方便。停車場在地下車庫。提醒一下自駕來的朋友們，一定要從緊臨酒店大門的消防通道開進去，也就是地下車庫的出口開進去，不是從旁邊小區的入口開進去，否則是要收停車費的。如果消防通道大門關着，可以請酒店保安幫你開門。我就走錯了，哈哈，不過酒店幫我協調解決了。也建議酒店前台要主動提醒一下自駕來的朋友，避免不必要的麻煩。

該酒店設施比較差，一個老空調，一開就卡卡作響，響了整晚不説，早上起來發現，居然漏水！剛好滴進了放在桌上的口袋，裏面一灘水！自然東西也被濕了。旁邊的兩個帽子也打濕了。突然想到放在空調下面的空玻璃瓶難道是接水的嗎？開始就是奇怪為什麼在桌子放一個空的水跡重的玻璃瓶。
退房時，告訴前台的小妹，她不置可否，一句解釋也沒有。
酒店價格對不起服務！

一進到這個酒店大堂我就感覺踩雷了，進了房間更加感覺踩大雷了，情趣用品一架子，牀頭櫃還有沒有打掃乾淨的避孕套，毛巾跟床單巨黑，至少用了幾年，水龍頭水很小，住這麼破的地方影響我旅遊的心情

房間設備陳舊，洗澡的地方狹窄。門關不上，導致洗完澡水流滿地，鞋子漂在水上。毛巾浴巾又硬又舊，定了兩晚，衹住了一個晚上就退房了，我不是很挑剔的人，很少給差評，但實事求是的講，酒店真的不盡如人意。真誠的希望有所改進，讓顧客滿意。
