和朋友一起出來玩，早晨到了大床房還沒退，前台小姐姐主動幫我們升級了立刻能入住的房間，挺不錯的，房間大，離景點也近

前台服務很好，但是這是我住過條件最差的星程酒店，也許因為是2019年裝修的，被子枕頭一股煙味，我定的時候有個迎接果盤沒有給，問的時候説讓找餐廳的人去問，態度倒是很好。定的時候有早餐，十點多去吃的，什麼都沒有了，就吃了玉米和紅薯，喝的什麼都沒有了，也可能是過年的緣故，人少，供不應求，但是早餐也是星程酒店系列裏最簡單的，很划不來。洗澡噴灑水很小，要洗很久。幸好就定了一天，趕緊離開了。

房間煙味太大，第二天頭髮睡衣都是煙味，所以沒有續住就走了，門口一個煙頭，從入住到退房都沒有收拾。説辦49的會員不僅可以在他們店裡吃早餐，其他的華住旗下都可以吃，事實證明不可以。

首先表揚一下酒店的工作人員，不管是前台還是負責清掃房間的工作人員，都特別有禮貌，會主動問好，這點會讓遊客感覺特別有親和力。很喜歡喀什，這次的入住體驗也是超級棒，讓我更覺得喀什是個非常棒的城市。

房間比較寬敞，設施齊全，衞生可，前台服務好。大廳有各種便民服務訊息，很貼心。早餐也挺好的。就是衞生間設施略舊，洗澡水較小，希望能改進

酒店是重新裝修開業的酒店，設施一般。淋浴水流小了些，大多數服務人員還都是很熱情，在網評看到説有個前台服務人員不熱情，體驗後果然如此

房間特別臟，玻璃杯裏有水印，並且洗衣機特別臟，烘乾機裏的毛絮也不清理，洗衣機的水長時間不清理，那個地方都是黑色的水，店長服務極差沒有責任心，推卸責任，並且打電話和現場確認接機了三次，都沒有問題，提前兩個小時告知由於內部保安沒有保安證無法接機，並且態度極差！離線了以後才決定評價的，所以沒有拍照片！人格保證，垃圾酒店！
