房間煙味太大，第二天頭髮睡衣都是煙味，所以沒有續住就走了，門口一個煙頭，從入住到退房都沒有收拾。説辦49的會員不僅可以在他們店裡吃早餐，其他的華住旗下都可以吃，事實證明不可以。

房間很寬敞，服務很細心，設備很齊全，出入很方便，早餐很豐富，到喀什古城衹有約兩公里，非常適合到南疆和喀什的旅遊者！自駕旅行十餘天，這裡是最具性價比、最感到舒心的酒店！

酒店是重新裝修開業的酒店，設施一般。淋浴水流小了些，大多數服務人員還都是很熱情，在網評看到説有個前台服務人員不熱情，體驗後果然如此

房間特別臟，玻璃杯裏有水印，並且洗衣機特別臟，烘乾機裏的毛絮也不清理，洗衣機的水長時間不清理，那個地方都是黑色的水，店長服務極差沒有責任心，推卸責任，並且打電話和現場確認接機了三次，都沒有問題，提前兩個小時告知由於內部保安沒有保安證無法接機，並且態度極差！離線了以後才決定評價的，所以沒有拍照片！人格保證，垃圾酒店！
