Since we were traveling during the peak period of the Spring Festival, we originally booked two rooms, but due to an operational error, one room order was accidentally cancelled. We arrived late, and the hotel did not have any extra rooms. But the staff was considerate and thought of various ways to coordinate a room for us. Thank you very much to the enthusiastic hotel staff and boss.
After that, early the next morning, the hotel staff helped us reserve another room, and settled it for us according to the price of the original order. The price had already increased that day, and others did not give it. It is really a business that values friendship, thank you very much😊
