A pretty good three-star hotel! I planned to stay at Wenzhou Hotel in Kashgar for 2 days, but I checked out after only 1 day. The Wenzhou Hotel in Kashgar is really bad! After booking this hotel, I was still a little worried, and I would stop staying after seeing the room!

The hotel is located in the city center, the location is superior and the transportation is convenient. 酒店性價比高，房間大，衞生好，安靜。大堂經理耐心熱情樂於助人，值得推薦連續住，離古城也不遠。我第一天到喀什住的奇裏瓦克酒店j，600多的房費，結果酒店隱瞞貴賓樓中央空調不能使用在維修中，（開機無風僅聽到聲音）導致當晚凌晨1點房內温度飆升至28度。反映給大堂竟然拖延找各種理由不解決問題，最後到大堂交涉才調了房間，已是凌晨三點點。再三要求後才給房間打折。第二天退房後酒店的**做法更髮指，竟然退房不退公安網，導致我無法入住其他酒店，無數次電話聯繫都説馬上退，直至報警才得以解決，奇裏瓦克家當晚有8、9輛大巴及較多的各種包車，停車場滿滿的，那麼多遊客因為來的晚累都遭到了欺騙。這屬於商業欺詐。再次提醒各位可以住輕奢酒店，但一定不要住奇裏瓦克，要住高端住其他。不要住奇裏瓦克、奇裏瓦克奇裏瓦克不能住不能住！

住這間酒店共4晚，給我一間有窗但無景觀的房，整幅窗給酒店的大招牌覆蓋着，是百分之百的覆蓋率，睡覺也不用拉上窗簾，這樣的黑房最多只能是酒店的特價房，如果貪價錢便宜就心甘命抵，可是我付了每晚房租¥400，感到被騙。再說房間每日都欠甚麽，第一日要求要個電熱水壺，第二日要求要廁紙，第三日要求要紙杯，第四日要求要廁紙加樽裝水，並要求清理垃圾，因為第四日清潔女工沒有來執拾房間。如果這位女工肯負責任，也不用我每日要求什麼什麼，最後這位女工都不知去了那裏，要大堂的保安員給我送物品來，只有說這間酒店最好的是團隊精神，因為一人失誤，其他同事代她不停道歉。
