玩了一天回來，凌晨12點多盡然洗了冷水澡，沒有熱水。原以為是不會，簡單的機械手把式就左右熱水，左邊打到底也是微微的温水！最搞笑的是打電話給前台讓我等待，耐心等待大約四五十分鐘以後回電話説是工作人員下班了。房間衞生有死角有女士長頭髮，這也就不愉快就算了，第二天退房，手機尾號***的打電話來冠冕堂皇的話一大堆，還要狡辯説他剛上去有熱水説我沒有操作好？我當時就懟回去我離開之前特意拍了視頻留證，洗手池有熱水，淋浴間仍然是水壓不夠沒有恆温熱水。出了問題積極面對解決問題不就好了嗎，即使沒有熱水又有多大點事？真誠相待，人心總是温暖的！酒店設施看得出來幕後老闆花了心思真金白銀投入，酒店管理團隊太拉胯了吧！！！下次出行應該不會再選擇這家酒店，簡單説下我的入住經歷，除非改換團隊。。
