The outside temperature was three degrees and the hotel did not provide heating. I woke up with a cold. When I arrived in Ta County, all my friends went to play and I was waiting in the car. The Lavande Hotel was very harmful. The shower gel was in an empty bottle and I could only use it when taking a shower. Just use shampoo.

The room is relatively large, but the layout is very unreasonable. The bathroom is narrow, the decoration is shoddy, the windows are poorly sealed, and the noise is loud. The faucet of the sink is too high from the basin, and water splashes on you when you open it. The hair dryer is broken, and the breakfast is dirty and messy. The variety is single and inedible. I will never stay at Lavande Hotel again in the future!

家庭親子房，一張大大的床，一張比較寬的單人床，而且特別軟，洗澡也很舒適，就是那個音樂聲太鬧人了，沖個廁所也有音樂，洗個澡音樂聲遍佈整個房間，必須手動把它關了，稍微有一丟丟鬧心，這個店離科技館比較近，帶着孩子去玩了一上午，挺好的

第一次在喀什住酒店就被徹底圈粉了！麗楓的服務完全顛覆了我對連鎖酒店的認知——辦理入住時前台小哥眼睛笑得彎彎的，三分鐘就遞上房卡，還順手塞了張小眾景點攻略。最感動的是有天深夜胃疼，值班經理二話不説冒雨買來胃葯和熱粥，這種家人般的關懷在異鄉太戳心了。退房時前台小姐姐還送了小花帽當紀念，這種被珍視的感覺，推薦一下，這家有真正 人情味兒的酒店。

第一次來南疆這邊，確確實實沒有想到，新疆也有這麼走心的服務酒店，怎麼説呢？反正從預訂酒店到離開全程都是很小的那種感動，，，房間大的超乎想象，最少40平方左右，乾淨整潔，無論在哪個地方都有維族的漢族的員工熱情的招呼你，推薦兩個小東西——薄荷花茶 和 圓子麪條，讓我記憶深刻，，還有酒店酒店旁邊夜市那家烤魚味道非常棒
