Orange Hotel（Kashgar Wanda Plaza）

The room was terrible. I was told to put my things at the door, but she opened the door and came in. I had already told the front desk about extending my stay, but the cleaner still knocked on the door. I called out twice to extend my stay, but she actually opened the door and came into the room. I've never seen anything like this. Terrible. Terrible.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent, making us feel at home in Xinjiang... ps, the breakfast was rich and delicious!

We checked in the night of May 18th. While showering that evening, I discovered the contents of my conditioner were disgusting. It resembled spoiled, clumpy milk. I wasn't sure if it was past its expiration date or if it had been artificially added. I applied it to my hair, but it wouldn't wash out completely. Even after four or five washes, small particles still clung to my hair. I called the front desk that night, and someone came to check and confirmed the problem. They replaced the bottle of conditioner and said they would have the manager address it the next day. On the morning of May 19th, when I checked out and asked about the conditioner, we were told to wait for the manager to come. After waiting for about ten minutes, the manager arrived, showed us the faulty conditioner in our room and a freshly opened bottle of conditioner. He said, "This shouldn't be happening! How could this happen?" And then nothing more happened. We waited for another ten minutes while the manager walked away to make a phone call. No apology or solution was offered. We sat there for a few minutes before leaving. It was disappointing.

On our first night in Kashgar, there was a decent barbecue restaurant downstairs. There was also a police station nearby for border control permits. The front desk upgraded us and gave us breakfast coupons. They didn't provide children's toothbrushes, but adult ones. There was also a laundry room, which was convenient.

I went to visit the ancient city of Kashgar. A friend recommended this Orange Hotel. It was great. The hygiene and environment were beyond expectations. The lady at the front desk was super pretty. When you entered the lobby, there was a burst of orange fragrance. The toothpaste in the room was orange-flavored, and so was the shower gel. It was really great. It was my first time to stay at the Orange Hotel. I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean and tidy and the details were in place. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast was very rich. It is very close to Wanda Plaza. It costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi to the ancient city. It is very convenient.
