酒店離喀什古城近，步行15分鐘可達。是那種設施比較老的酒店，但服務比較周到，衞生也好。每天都有歡迎水果和乾果。早餐也很驚喜，種類也挺豐富的，服務員都很實在。適合朋友或一家人來喀什旅行。另外，周邊餐館都很多。

我是出差住的這家店，特別滿意這家酒店，可能南疆最近天氣比較熱，再加上我連日以來的疲勞，所以心情特別煩躁，到店後辦理入住前台的服務態度讓我舒服了很多，我定的是普通標間，前台免費為我升級為豪華標準間，我的心情瞬間好了一多半兒，到了房間一看，環境衞生設施每樣都好，給人一種星級般的感覺，房間裏還有水果乾果糕點都是免費提供的，更是給我一種家的感覺，床墊很軟，躺上去讓人輕鬆的進入夢鄉😄😄，早晨洗漱完了，到餐廳一看早餐特別豐盛，涼拌菜，熱菜，主食，糕點，奶茶，粥，牛奶，豆腐腦各種口味兒是應有盡有啊，瞬間就有一種讓我不想退房的感覺，但是奈何有事在身，不得不走啊，再來喀什我一定還住這裏，也希望這家店的服務和環境永遠保持下去，祝老闆生意越來越興隆

在攜程網流覽該酒店頁面資料顯示4鑽，選房時特別選了最高房價的行政標間，標註房間面積30 平米而實際也就20平吧，房間裏濃烈的裝修材料味，座機電話都沒有配備，衞生間、洗浴間及其狹窄不合常理，洗浴間地面沒有水檔，沒有地墊、地巾，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，地漏不下水，地磚不防滑….. 總之太差了！馨竹難書啊！所謂的西點水果👀看圖吧。
