First of all, I booked a family room, but we were shown the room. The room was dirty and messy. The toilet was in the closet and the space was small. Then we were moved to another room, but we had to pay the price difference. Is it because of the poor room hygiene? Also, at 8 o'clock in the morning, people started talking and chatting in the corridor. The room was not soundproofed, there was no hot water, and there was not even the most basic toilet paper.
