The room was very unhygienic. There were a lot of ants on the floor. The hotel service was not good. My girlfriend and I asked the front desk to come up and fix the TV. No one came for two hours. Every time they said to wait for five minutes, no one came. You also have to pay to watch TV. The attitude of the front desk was very perfunctory. They didn't do anything even if I told them over the phone. There were some communication problems. Sometimes I couldn't understand what they said. When they came up to clean, my girlfriend had a bag with socks in it, but they took it away and threw it away without even checking. They threw away the new socks... Because the Orange Brand is close to the ancient city, I stayed for two nights, which was a bit disappointing:
1) When checking in, the front desk staff was too relaxed and forgot to give me a breakfast coupon.
2) The TV could not be turned on. After inspection by the staff, it turned out that the receiver was in the cabinet and could not receive the TV. The cabinet door had to be opened before the TV could be turned on. The design was a bit strange;
3) The shower room does not drain well due to its strange design;
4) At this time of day, the hotel has no air-conditioning supply. In fact, the temperature was not low when we checked in. With the windows open at night, there was a lot of noise from car horns outside😐
