Too many stairs, very difficult for elderly people to stay. Should have been mentioned somewhere. Rooms are nothing great. Deff not worth the amount paid. Much better places nearby.

The Kasauli Exotica is a beautiful mountain side retreat located north of Chandigarh, and is a lovely location for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, and the view is magnificent. Highly recommended to solo travellers or couples alike, and would happily stay again in the future.

A very nice and cosy place, with a very good view of the hills from the balcony. Rooms are comfortable though small. Room service is very prompt.The best part of this hotel is the attitude and behaviour of the staff members. Excellent 👍. They tried in every way to cater to the needs of the guests. Frankly speaking we ignored some of the shortcomings in view of their outstanding personal care. They need to change their breakfast menu, it is too stereotype. Virtually same items are served on all days.Otherwise restaurant food is pretty decent . May not be very suitable for senior citizens.

Hotel is good, with good room and restraint with valley view. Bathrooms were small but ok. Hotel is 10 minutes drive from mall road.
