Location was awesome...food was too gud...room was fully decorated and all the stuff at their place...all staff was supporting at every step ....staff was very helpful and specially thanks to Mr vikas who's hospitality was excellent

Extremely happy with the services of the staff at ramada kasauli .. brownie points to ms soni at the restaurant for making us feel at home ❤️ there is a kids play ground ( small but enough for an hour ) , spacious rooms and bathroom with an attached balcany which gives mesmerising views of the mountains

She hosted beautifully and I think I am at home duing breakfast The cooks Kuldeep and Ramesh cook good All the best to them in future View and clean Atmosphere Also provide space and food to drivers they are the sales ***ager of ur hotels which lacks in services

Excellent trip excellent staff especially in restaurant area . Other staff members are also very cooperative. Hotel location is very good . Mr. Kuldeep chief . And soni attendent in restaurant area is very cooperative and help full . Hotel is neat and clean . We advice every one to come and stay in this hotel . Just one advice to hotel booking staff , reduce your rates little bit . Rest is ok and very good .food in particular is excellent.
