Our stay at Ramada Kasauli was amazing and memorable. The service was top notch and the food was amazing too. Thanks to Harsh, Anjali and Abhilash for their timely service and attention. A good stay, totally recommended. The view is breathtaking especially at night and is a must visit vacay stay place.

Overall it's a good experience, food is awesome with prompt and Soni from F&B is very nice and we'll behaved. Also she served the food very well with great courtesy. Service & staff are good too. Definitely recommend to stay with family and friends

The room was decent but did not meet expectations. I was surprised to find mattresses placed in front of the lift—something that’s quite unexpected from a reputed hotel chain. Additionally, the room was located quite far from the main restaurant, which was inconvenient. The electric kettle provided in the room was unclean, with noodles stuck inside. Even after requesting a replacement, the new kettle was also not properly cleaned.

Its located at peak with good view. Rooms are good & clean with small balcony but the biggest issue is the service, they are running such a big property with very few staff. We went for swimming in pool but every time need to go around the place to find someone to give pool towel. Also pool is cleaned only once in morning and have no attendant throughout the day. Breakfast service is too slow and most of the time items get finished and when you enquire they mention that they will serve on table which never happens. I asked for black coffee and they guided me to hot water pot which had cold water. Also we ordered soup and it came in curry bowl with extremely oily croutons. I even complained to managers but they only reply positively but there is no action. Overall don't expect any kind of 5-star service, only go if you need expensive room with good location & view

Rooms were clean. Breakfast spread was Okaish. Not at all a 5 star property buffet. Pool table was available on paid basis. No Indoor games like TT, carrom etc
Food was heavily overpriced. Not a bad experience overall but will not recommend as well.
