I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

The interior is well landscaped, and in addition to golf, various activities such as biking and swimming are available. Particularly impressive are the independent lodges with great views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GRVL! Excellent well kept facilities and rooms. The staff was so warm and welcoming, especially Purity, Amos, Hudson and his team as well as Daniel, going the extra mile to make us feel so welcome! The food was fantastic and we overall had the best time.

It's my first time here and the high quality of service and attention to details is extraordinary. The staffs is amazing, the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. I appreciate the support and good ambience i was offered at Great Rift. The staff team did an amazing job especially Esther at the spa- it was an amazing and relaxing experience. Rhoda, Purity at the reception were welcoming and charming, the ambience was breathtaking and offers a true definition of luxury and comfort. Tasty food served by warm and charming chef- Bryson, comfortable villas with great views. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

A great and a beautiful resort amidst nature. Big garden spaces that provides a good location for group activities and just to relax. Staff is very welcoming, displaying highest level of hospitality. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Special mentions to staff- Susan, Purity, Stephen Ochieng, Eurslah and to all the others. This resort deserves multiple visits. Food is ample, feels fresh and its diverse. Chef Rashid your warm smile enhanced the buffet service.
