What a beautiful resort hotel , everything about the hotel is stunning , perfect beach front location . Very friendly helpful staff who can’t do enough for you , special mention to Abhiram who was very friendly and helpful, a credit to the company. The food was amazing. Even when they didn’t have any zero sugar drinks they went out of their way to go and source some for me, gold star service . We had a few issues with our room and they were swiftly corrected. Highly recommend this hotel

This review is not about the actual resort, but the appalling customer service when trying to cancel. I booked on 9 Sept (for a booking in March) but realised that we needed to cancel - which I tried to do on 12 September. I never received a response to various emails (and even telephone call. Luckily, I had book some of my holiday with an Indian agent who contacted Malabar on my behalf. She was assured that I would get a refund. I have sent tMalabar my AMEX details and my own personal bank details, but always the same response that they were unable to process - which is utter rubbish. I eventually had to contact AMEX who have now refunded my money (this was eventually refunded in November). Please be aware before you pay as you will never get a refund if you decide to cancel - even well though well within their 30 day terms and conditions. Truly the worse customer service I have every had. Such a waste of my time and effort!!

We had a wonderful stay at Malabar Resort.From feeding fishes to Sunset beach view,it's full lush surrounded by greenery.Staff is very friendly and caring.Only the slope is steep nearby the beach so you have to be cautious ,overall a wonderful stay.Must visit,Many thanks

Had a good experience at the spa. Mrs Bindu gave a great rejuvenating kerala massage. It was the best. Will definitely come back again for the spa.

Bindu and Abhijith took care of us very well. Cleanliness, customer service as well as the quality of Ayurvedic treatments were world class. Highly recommend this experience to complete your visit to Kerala.
