Excellent service with great food and activities. Went with my family and am really happy with the option. Food was incredible with various option including the Kerala style dinner and buffet for breakfast. Great option if you are looking for a private beach resort. The resort is really worth every penny.

The location of the resort is its biggest highlight, offering scenic surroundings. While the property feels a little old, it seems they have newer rooms as well. The food was average, but the high tea was enjoyable. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, especially Rethish. He guided us to the nearby tourist spots and even went the extra mile to help us find a Theyyam performance in the surrounding villages. Unfortunately, due to time restrictions, we couldn’t attend. Overall, a pleasant experience!

It was excellent stay! Really top class. All the staff including guard at the beach makes sure that you feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Food was excellent! Chefs happily make any food that you desire. Room service is very good. Territory is surrounded with beautiful trees, flowers. And what is surprising that the beach is very clear- no plastic bottles no garbage. You can have beautiful walks ***** the beach. It’s our second time staying at Malabar Ocean Resort and I highly recommend it. Thank you everybody for for making sure that we had comfortable stay. Will come again.

The place is really beautiful and had the most amazing ambience all around. Beachside view was just too good. Would be even better in a cooler weather. The receptionist vivek was really professional and helped us with check in and check out…the food was worth it…

Serene ambience with hospitable stay and staffs. Food was good. Badminton court, indoor games available. Mr. Vivek was really nice and helpful. It's on a beach side which is really pretty with proper beachside seating arrangements. Overall, good stay.

The location of the property is amazing and the room sizes are generous. However the quality of service and maintenance of the property is really poor. The TT room also has all the soiled sheets dumped on the floor, the toilet seat is stained terribly n old, the sheets are not ironed well, the glass on the window has marks everywhere n has not been cleaned. Coming to service - food is never served on time. The buffet lunch - parotta finally arrived at 1.45 pm, the tea which they say begins at 4.30 was finally ready at 4.55. Since it's been pouring, i asked for umbrellas thrice n the umbrellas never arrived. I was told they do not have room service since there are too many guests. Overall this is just not the experience I was looking to have on a holiday.

Bindu did a really great job and made me very comfortable. She was mindful of my requests and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Would definitely visit this place again, and recommend it to a lot of people in the future. The steam bath was really great and it’s something I’ve not experienced before.

Excellent service and staff, they accommodated all the requests especially with maintenance and Food for the child. Ratheesh from house keeping provided the necessary and timely help. Food was tasty and they made sure we got the necessary items as and when needed
