That day the maintenance work is going on there that is making irritation and the receptionist boy's attitude is arrogant. And one more thing they are putting some snacks in the room like complimentary. But they will charge at the check out time this is the clean case of cheating customers and the reception boy trying to insult and wasting the time of customers

I booked a twin bed delux suite for my self and my mother. Stay was wxcellent. Front office staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy. The restaurant provides good food. They also arranged a taxi for us for reasonable rate. I have stayed in top class star hotels at delhi, chennai and banglore for official purposes. I can vouch for the fact that the service of J. K. Residency, Cheruvathoor exceeds the vibe of similar hotels in first tier metro cities. Definitely recommend to anyone

On 15 th sep I called jk residency for onam sadhya,but call attend staff talk is most rude ,their hotel standard 4 star business but staff behav is local bar staff.i am very upset for their call attending attitude,I strongly suggest their management must change their staffs

The behavior of the restaurant is very bad. We book the food ***** with the room by paying money. If we see the behavior of the people there, it is as if we just went in to eat. Very bad.
