We were at 4th floor. It is a bit noisy still. Room it was very clean. only when we want sleep at 23.00 we’re schocked , there were no blanket / very thin blanket on top for normally for decoration in hotel that we really hated this kind of material. So we went reception and we met Onur, very friendly young man. He solved our problem and give us extra sheet for blanket. The next day, breakfast time, we met him again and he brought me extra tee with his smile begin our day. Thanks Onur for your hospitality.

When we are arrived after 8 days hiking it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel Nice rooms and clean too water everyday and a very good breakfast on the rooftop Oner the receptionist was always around to help with everything If you ask me should you go Back its a yes

Aile oteli olarak işlettiklerini öğrendiğimiz Yetişkin oteli olarak çocuk kabul etmemelerine rağmen incelik göstererek bizleri misafir eden neva otele teşekkür ediyoruz on aylık bebeğimiz ile birlikte mükemmel bir odada bahçe manzarası eşliğinde deniz gören terasında çok güzel açık büfe kahvaltıyla güzel bir tatil geçirdik otel 2 yıllık yeni bir otel odalarında koridorunda terasında banyosunda en güzel kaliteli malzemeler kullanılmış odalarda Çelik kasa bile düşünülmüş oda kapısı dijital ekranlı rahatsız edilmek istemiyorsan veya temizlik yapılmasını istiyorsan bir tuşla kapı dijitalinde yanıyor 5 yıldızlı otellerde bile hala kapı koluna kartlık takarak bunları belirtiyorsun yatağı markasını öğrenemesekte çok konforlu bir uyku geçirdik odalarda ikramlik maden suyu,su, çay ve nefcafe bulunuyor.aklımızda şurasıda şöyle olsaymış daha güzel olurdu diyeceğimiz birşey bulamadık vallahi tebrik ediyoruz.

Yatakta ve lavaboda birçok kıl vardı. Oda iyi temizlenmemişti. Kat hizmetleri personeli çok gürültülü çalıştığı için sabah saatlerinde birkaç kez uykumuz bölündü. Tesisin hemen yanındaki benzin istasyonundan yoğun bir gürültü geliyordu. Kahvaltı yapmak için beşinci kata çıktığımızda masalar kahvaltı yapılamayacak kadar kirli durumdaydı. Kahvaltı yapamadan otelden ayrıldık. Bu tespitleri otelden çıkış yaparken ön büro personeline ilettik ancak kendisi kafa sallayarak anlıyorum demekten başka bir şey söylemedi. Tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir işletme değil.
