STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
Myself and my family of 4 arrived in Kas after making the reservation to stay one night before. Unfortunately the receptionist told us that there was a mistake on the system which meant it booked us in for the night previous to our arrival. He told us they had no room available for us but they had already charged our bank account for the room!!!
He refused to give us a refund and told us we had to contact the agent we booked with (trip.com) - they have told us that the hotel refused to cooperate and give us our refund!!!
So I have paid for 4 people bed and breakfast for 4 people and never received!!! The receptionist was rude and did not speak any English.
WE THEN HAD TO WALK AROUND THE CITY WITH OUR LUGGAGE TO FIND SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR 4 PEOPLE! disaster!! Avoid at all costs
I live here, and I have never experienced such a horrible experience in Turkey. My family flew out to meet me for a visit and I am so disappointed with the horrible impression they have been given on this country by this hotel!!
The hotel itself was horribly outdated and there genuinely wasn't a single person in site , the lights weren't on in reception when we arrived so we assumed it was closed. It had a funky smell and looked totally different to the photos!!

Pros: Good location, a few minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The area is okay.
Incomprehensibly, there was no hot water, and when I checked out the next day, the front desk said there was an electrical problem. However, no one told me when I checked in, and no one asked me if there was no hot water... I can only say that the service was poor.

The location is excellent, only 300 meters away from the long-distance bus station, suitable for friends who travel by bus. Location of the hotel is wonderful. Staff is so happy and helpful. Strongly recommended. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is really over the expectation. One of the best Price/performance hotel in Kas. It was my 3rd time in this hotel and every year it becomes better and better.

We did a last moment reservation for this when we were already in Kas, and we got it with good price after some negotiations. The room was renewed and very clean and cosy, the bathroom had not been touched, but was ok. First morning the breakfast was served (not a bufee) maybe due to some renewal work. Second morning it was a bufee and very good. Finding a parking place was a bit tricky, but after driving around the hotel fewetimes, we found one both evenings. Location is excellent in the center of Kas.

merhaba. biz 9-13 eylül tarihleri arasında kaldık bu otelde. otele giriş yaptığımız andan, otelden ayrılışımıza kadar olan süreç otel çalışanlarının ilgi ve alakaları sayesinde harikaydı. temizlik gayet iyiydi. odamız ferahtı. kahvaltı açık büfe şeklindeydi ve her gün değişik ve zengin bir menü çıkıyordu. ıspanaklı börekler favorimdi (: konum olarak otelin merkezde olması da çok iyi. buradan bir kez daha teşekkür ediyorum tüm otel personeline.
