Had an overnight trip and chose this hotel for location which was perfect for visiting the centrum . Hotel was very welcoming and rooms was clean , bed was superbly comfortable and garden view was very quiet to allow for a great nights sleep . Only one minor problem was the electric did not always connect when putting in room card but was rectified immediately by reception . Breakfast was plentiful and presented well . Well done Isola 12 for a very pleasant overnight stay and will return again . David & Tina Batchelor .

We travelled group of 6 with child and baby. The room is spacious and clean. Host at the reception is very kind and friendly. The location is great with restaurants, supermarkets and near the pier. Breakfast is good.

Stayed as a couple for 3 nights. The interior (new and fresh, plenty of space) and location of the hotel (near a shop, currency exchange, and a bus station) are excellent, and the owner is very helpful. However, there are some improvements that could be made: the breakfast was very basic. The room was not cleaned or towel changed during the three nights, and we had to go to the receptionist to get clean towels.

We initially booked an economy room, but after negotiation we paid 300 liras more for a twin room with a small terrace and a view of the greenery. The room was clean, there was the sound of the mosque at night and in the morning. The geographical location is very convenient. After all, the town of Kash is very small and it is convenient to travel on foot.

The hotel is located in the center of Kas town. There are limited parking spaces at the door. There is a large parking lot opposite. It costs 200 liras for an afternoon and a whole night.
