Расположение прекрасное - буквально пару минут до центральной улицы, рядом с заправкой. Очень тихо, два балкона, с одного видно море немного. Ресепшен надо звонить-приходит через несколько минут. Но если нет возможности позвонить, можно дойти-сами они находятся в нескольких домах, если выйти из здания, то налево и еще раз налево: там сразу видно улочка упирается в Neva Duygu Apart (на фото)
Мебель и комнаты в хорошем состоянии, плотные шторы, на кухне минимально необходимое есть. Духовки и микроволновки нет. Телевидение- местное, стиральная машина, но порошок покупать самим
На кухне был прикольный ножик. Вернулась домой-купила себе такой же:)

Hello! Some words about this place. Nice managers met our company there. Good place to stay with friends or for family holidays. You can find there all stuff you need, the rooms are nice and clear. It’s very comfortable apartments and I’m glad to advice this place!

Apartment large enough, good air conditioning, well located but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, we did not dare to use the duvet it was so dirty but the sheets were correct, the walls dirty with like juice, very nice staff and helping.

The welcome was nice, but the apartment where we stayed for two nights was not cleaned at all. The toilet was a disgrace, the linens, towels and of course the air conditioner were a disgrace, you could die of heat because the upper floor is a loft. I don't think I will come again.

Неплохой по соотношению цена-качество апарт. Всё есть, до главной улицы пешком три минуты, Стафф отзывчивый. Есть одна проблема: сложное заселение, очень тяжело дозвониться/дописаться, чтобы заселили. К нам трижды стучались постояльцы, которые не могли заехать (ждать по жаре 35 на лестнице - такое себе удовольствие). Есть лайфхак: их ресепшн находится за углом, в отеле Nova. Good place to stay in Kas. The Main Street is in 3 minutes on foot. Apartments are well furnished, staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there is no reception and it’s not easy to find somebody to check in. During our staying people knocked at our doors three times with the same question: there is no reception and nobody answers me in messengers. My advice is to go to the Nova hotel’s reception, they have the same staff with Dyugy and will help you with check-in
