非常推薦！ 首先地理位置好找 離市中心也很近 去超市很方便 附近有很多的沙灘 可以隨便挑 房間很寬敞很舒適 陽台還有晾衣繩 廚房裡鍋碗瓢盆全很齊全 衞生間也很乾凈 沒有異味 水流正常 服務也很棒 親切友好 總之是非常的推薦！

On the positive side: the view (and only on the upper floors) We were put in the attic (in August) and waited 24 hours for the room to cool down! The view is stunning, but that's it! Very dirty! Very! Cockroaches in the bathroom! Sand all over the room! Slippers stick to the floor on the balcony! Everything is falling apart, cracks in the doors! They are constantly bent because it is an attic! 1 mirror in the bathroom and it only reflects the groin area, so you have to kneel to see your face! When we asked to change the room, naturally there were no available ones! We booked in season for 4 nights - 46,000 rubles. This is very expensive for this type of accommodation. Naturally, there is no talk of changing towels and bedding, because apparently these are apartments. You have to walk up the mountain at an angle of 90 degrees, so this should also be taken into account! The mattress is sooooo soft that even for me it was torture to sleep (although I am not picky about beds). The Jacuzzi is huge (also naturally not washed) in the middle of the room 🤷🏼‍♀️ To summarize: only the view is super, but you can enjoy the view from another hotel! The photos are beautifully taken, in life not everything is so rosy.

Apartment 5 min walk from the center of Kas. The apartment is comfortable, clean and complete with everything (even washing machine). Very friendly staff. I was hoping for a nice view since it is slightly uphill but nothing.

The view is very good. The bedroom and living room are separated (1+1), which is comfortable. The water pressure is good, and the host and staff are all friendly. However, the bed mattress needs improvement.

Dirty bathroom and sheets, moreover disrespectful staff, if you want to ruin your holiday, you can go. There are 2 chairs in a 4-person room, but they don't give them when you ask, the others will have breakfast on the floor. It is the only apartment with empty rooms in Kaş anyway.

Stayed for 1 night. For 2 thousand/day - great! But if it was longer I would look at something newer. The repair is unfinished in places, but already tired. The room smelled a bit damp, but we aired it out, opened the windows and it was fine. For an overnight stay - good, but from the photo I imagined the room was better renovated. Good views only on the upper floors. We lived on the very bottom, there was no view - only of the neighboring building. Climbing up the hill is really brutal. If you forget something in the room, it is better to forget it completely, but not come back)) We were with a 3-year-old child - for us it was a challenge, but we were ready. Good Wi-Fi, there is a washing machine, kitchen utensils too, a microwave, an electric stove, a refrigerator. Overall, the price-quality is ok!

The apartments are on a hill, so they offer a great view, but you will also have to climb up the mountain)) Otherwise, there are no comments about the apartments or the staff. Very friendly)

Le personnel est très agréable et très arrangeant, je les remercie. L’emplacement est idéale, à 5 min à pied du centre ville. L’appartement en général est bien équipé est propre, je vous conseille ce logement.
