Lighting, hot water and water flow was not adequate. Did not meet the expectations. Bed and chair in the room not good enough.

Hotel was very posh from outside but rooms were average inside. bathroom was not maintained and tapa were partially working. also, while checkout they denied giving us bell.boy and told us to carry our luggage on our own. and very welcoming staff looked very confused

I recently stayed at Hotel Eden in Karwar, Karnataka, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to the city's attractions and just a short walk from Rabindranath Tagore Beach.

The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and promptly addressing any requests. The in-house restaurant served a variety of dishes; I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good selection of items.
Overall, Hotel Eden offers excellent value for money. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Karwar and looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The stay has been pleasant and loved the stay at Eden. Excellent customer service leading to wonderful experience. Eden has started game zone as well with carrom, chess, pool, table tennis and many more including spa services that has led to more enjoying experience. I love the most is food in all the 3 restaurants within Eden facility. Overall, wonderful experience. Must to be visited place.

The staff was very generous and cordial. The hotel had alot of amenities like gym,spa,dine in. It was quite spacious and fancy, with a budget like that it's a feel of a 5 star.
