"I Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around."

The location is fantastic, very close to all the main spots of Karuizawa, the outlet, the little village, some very nice restaurants are nearby as well. The villa itself is lovely and spacious, the lighting is really good, and you can truly relax and enjoy the area. The only downside would be having only one bathroom in the entire villa, the bathroom is great with a nice jacuzzi, but it might not be as convenient if there are more people staying in the villa."
