Very nice european style hotel, beautiful design, great service.
The set dinner and japanese breakfast are very tasty too. i have a great time with my boyfriend.

Location is a 15-min walk from the JR station. Within walking distance from shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean an tidy, the bathroom is bigger than others I had in Japan. Overall good experience with the price that I paid.

輕井澤相較於東京，人要少很多，酒店離開車站一站路，環境很幽靜，適合度假，房間是西式的風格，也比較大，乾淨整潔，服務人員也很熱情。

酒店是可以包接送的，這一點我們走的當天才知道，服務生問我們需不需要送到車站，我們一行6個人，很多行李，酒店免費送到車站。估計到新幹線站後可以跟酒店打電話讓他們來接。如果走路的話，出了新幹線站往南走13分鐘右轉2分鐘就是酒店。酒店在一片森林裏，旁邊還有一個教堂 ，附近的風景非常不錯，早餐有三種可以選擇。離舊輕井澤觀光、餐飲的一條街非常近。酒店有點老舊了，但是服務還是非常不錯的。
