The staff at the hotel are very nice. They sent us to the subway station every day. We will continue to stay next time. It is about 20 minutes' walk and 3 minutes' drive from Outlt. It is so close. The main reason is that the hotel staff are so nice. recommend.

服務很差，被子臟，浴缸下水不暢通。老闆對於14歲孩子入住加價漫天要價，2個晚上要求加3萬日元。房間狹小，沒有地方展開行李箱。沙發很臟。

Too far to be close
More of a guesthouse than a hotel. The owners live next door and are very nice. The room was quite spartan like a dorm room but en-suite. It was clean but really had no charm. The biggest problem was that the guesthouse was too far to walk to the shops or old karuizawa. So if you have to drive in why not just get a real hotel somewhere in sakudaira for much cheaper price? They also have a picture of a big bath on their profile but it’s some onsen somewhere cause there is not one on the premises.

The hotel is dilapidated, dirty, inconvenient, and the staff is extremely rude. This hotel should disappear from this world as soon as possible.

Great service and clean.
Very hospitable owners who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even gave us grapes when we first arrived and also drove us to the train station. Room is small compared to what you get in the US but it’s clean. Would stay here again.
