場所は大日向の浅間山の麓にある静かなプチホテル。新しい建物ではないが清潔に維持されている。なんといってもオーナーご夫婦のおもてなしが素晴らしい特に旦那は年配そうに見えるがなんとアイスホッケースキーそしてテニスもやるらしい年寄りの冷や水にならなければいいが。某一貫教育の大学の卒業生らしいがＯＢが好んでくるらしい。奥さんは音楽家のようでピアノを弾くらしい。親父は幼少期にオペラを覚え好んでオペラのCDをかけてくれる。食事が美味しい評判です。
