The British boss is enthusiastic and the hotel staff are very gentle and kind. As long as we have any needs, they will give priority to them, whether it is picking up skis or picking up at the station. After traveling so many times, Karuizawa is the only place that makes me feel warm and welcoming. The hotel may not be the most luxurious, but it is definitely my only first choice!
