Design hotel space is a nice gem. It was a cold winter when we were there. The hotel feels like a warehouse converted into 2 levels. The ceiling in the toilet is not tall. One thing i liked about the hotel is the heater. It is strong and makes the room comfortable at 1 degree outside the hotel. It is about 10 mins walk from the outlet shopping mall. One advice is to finish your shopping in the outlet before the sky turns dark. Reason is because there are no lighting (pitch dark) when we were walking along the street to the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I am at karuizawa with the affordable price and comfortable room.

there’s no window in our room . its so dry air and it cause us a sore throat 😣 other services are ok . they clean our room on our 2nd nights.
The location of hotel is very convenient . just an walk to Sapporo tower , Sapporo Clock , Suzukino Street and Sapporo Station .

距離outlet還要走一段路，但不會很遠，附近晚上很安靜，商店不多，但房間算大、櫃檯人員很親切，而且很便宜！

從JR車站過去，穿過購物中心的話較近。拖着箱子也是需要走一段距離的，第一次走可能有點迷茫，熟悉了路就還好。從JR站旁邊坐車去舊輕井澤或中輕井澤遊玩很方便，是非常適合短期度假選擇的住所。
而且房間是這次日本除了温泉酒店外，住的最大空間房間！有玄關！床睡兩個人都夠，有很大的活動空間。廁所也不是窄小的無法轉身，因為是平日價格也是很實惠才350不到。床鋪都很新，乾淨。
唯獨靠近廁所附近有點能聽到隔壁的響動，但聽不到聲音。因為是獨棟，很大窗户很亮。另外房間內的空間是電視機下面的空調扇，不知道夏天or冬天是否給力（酒店室內温度比外面高了很多）
設施和洗漱用品全，跟東京一樣是pola標識的。
工作人員也特別好，我提前一小時到直接就讓我進去了，第二天還能寄存一天行李。
