One of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan recently. The hotel is new and everything is sparkling clean. Rooms are big and comes with luxury perks usually found in 5 stars hotel like L'Occitane toiletries, 60 inch LED TV, manicure sets (free), ice cubes in pre-packed, etc and not to mention the 2 private onsen (need to reserve online). For the price point, this is a steal. It is walking distance to main shopping street though most shops are closed by 5=6pm. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel surpassed our expectations. Clean modern room, thoughtful in design & provisions. First hotel we stayed at that offers a curling iron & straightener in addition to a hair dryer! Loved how they provided a charging cable too, very thoughtful room amenities.
Staff spoke good English at reception & restaurant was priced v competitively. Bed was big & comfortable & room a great size. Thank you.
Looking forward to our next visit to Karuizawa and will stay here again!

The hotel exceeded expectations. The room was quite big and they also gave me a coupon for dinner. The hotel was warm and comfortable. The disposable items were very thoughtful. The nearby forest was beautiful and it was comfortable to take a walk. Don't take the path by the river at night. There is no light at all and it is a bit scary how dark it is. It's 1,100 yen and 5 minutes to take a taxi from the JR station. It's very convenient.

The hotel is located in Kyu-Karuizawa, in a quiet grove, with a great environment! The most ordinary room is 30 square meters, which is a big surprise in Japan.
