This is a beautiful hotel, a calm oasis where the food is amazing and staff are always very helpful and are a great team. We arrived late at night to a thoughtful gesture of food and a bottle of wine in the room. It was such a kind gesture. The pool is lovely and the beach is a short walk and very pleasant. Special thanks to Melpomeme in the Anasa restaurant and our housekeeper who came by twice daily and looked after us so well. The standard of food is first class with an amazing breakfast buffet alongside great evening options cooked in front of us be excellent chef. Staff were calm, helpful and the uniforms are very relaxed, leaving the impression of a very cohesive team. You leave well rested with a 5 star experience.

Our stay at Pnoé was truly unforgettable. Although the weather wasn’t on our side and it rained most of the time, it didn’t take away from the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, smiles, and genuine hospitality. A big thank you to all the employees in the entire hotel—from reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone always had a smile on their face, was extremely kind and helpful, and truly did their best to meet every expectation. The service was outstanding and made us feel genuinely cared for. The room was beautiful, equipped with smart features and designed for privacy. We had our own private pool, which I didn’t get to use due to the weather, but the space still felt like a peaceful sanctuary. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and serene—you can really feel the good energy. The food was absolutely exceptional. Every meal was a delight, and I can’t express how much I enjoyed it. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the hotel’s spa, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable—just what we needed to unwind even more. There’s a natural beach just a short walk from the hotel. It’s in a protected area, so it’s not used for hotel services, but it’s ideal for a peaceful walk or refreshing swim. The hotel also offers private transfers to a beach that belongs to them, just 2 minutes away by car—super convenient and beautifully arranged. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. While you may occasionally hear planes, it never disturbed our sense of peace or relaxation. In fact, it added to the ease of travel. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for—peace, amazing food, nature, spa atmosphere, and complete relaxation. I’m already looking forward to visiting again.

Fabulous hotel, very welcoming atmosphere, friendly and competent service, delicious meals. Loved my holiday there. Crete is indeed a very special place. The hotel is styled to be reminiscent of a Minoan palace. Privacy is guaranteed. My room had a refreshing plunge pool in L-shape, two sun loungers „over“ the pool, very stylish and a sitting area with a small table. This „walled garden“ was a sun trap even on windy days, I got a few hours in the sun in my own peace and quiet.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, but the private pool was far too cold to enjoy. It’s disappointing that guests are charged extra just to have it heated — something that should be standard for a premium experience. Unfortunately, the spa was the most underwhelming part of our stay. The atmosphere was unprofessional, with the manager pressuring staff to upsell treatments while speaking disrespectfully about guests. Spa treatments were significantly overpriced compared to other places in Crete, and appointments were frequently rescheduled or canceled without notice, often with flimsy excuses. Overall, the spa fell far short of expectations.
