Unique Blue! Resort and Villas Adults Only

My wife and I visited over 25 countries and sometimes more than once, to say this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been to is understatement the hotel location close to the airport and close to town. Room is excellent and very very clean, I stayed in garden view from my experience at beach resort the music could be loud and I wasn’t wrong, the food was one of the best I’ve eaten and the selection is great. Will definitely comeback.

Where to start?...everything about this place is simply fantastic, the staff excel in every area, cleaning, reception, the bars and restaurants. You are always met with a smiling face and served to a very high standard every time. The location: literally a 5-10 min journey from the airport, you'll be the first drop off if on a package deal but the last pick up on way home (would arrange own transfer on return journey next time for speed) The hotel: fantastic, well planted grounds, stunning architectural design in every aspect, the main reception area, indoor bar and restaurant have a very high end luxury feel and are kept spotless at all times. As are the pool and outdoor sitting areas and the snack/ drinks bar where you can order cocktails and food to your sun lounger during the day (next level), service is always speedy as well. The rooms: we had a swim up room on the West side of the building and would highly recommend this side as you get the Sun all afternoon, it's like a wee Sun trap and being able to cool off in pool is again next level (although in early May the water temperature was a bit Baltic in all the pools) but could still have a dip now and then. The quality and attention to detail in the decor is superb, solid oak finishes, numerous mood lighting options, very modern shower/bathroom area, exceptionally comfy bed with a pillow menu option, lots of storage options, good light and sound proofing as well, you would never know your so close to the airport! The food: outstanding range and quality of dishes for all inclusive, at all meal times there is a lot to choose from, the fact you can get a bottle of wine with your meal adds a quality dining factor as well, staff are always at hand replenishing food, setting tables and serving drinks. The a la carte restaurant was excellent, felt that you were dining out at a top restaurant, all Greek dishes and lots on offer, staff here again help make it a special experience and we saved it for our Anniversary night meal and were so glad we did. The entertainment: we stayed a week and had 3 nights of live entertainment, Greek musicians and dancers one night who were top class and created a great atmosphere, quality female jazz/easy listening singer and keyboardist on another night, again created a nice relaxed vibe and on another night we had 2 guys playing folk/rock acoustic music who were top quality, on the other nights there's a DJ playing chilled house/80's mixes who created the perfect relaxing atmosphere, especially outside next to the firepits. Can't think of any negatives from our stay at all, other than possibly hiring a few more bar staff, as the same people seem to put in some shifts and a few more servers would lighten their load and speed up service. There's not many sunbeds at the pool so you'll need to be early to bag one but if not you'll definitely get one on the beach. Some music around the pool and beach during the day would create a nice atmosphere, it can feel a bit quiet.T

Upon arrival, the team will welcome you warmly, and you’ll get to meet Alexandra, the most professional person I’ve ever encountered. Alexandra is the Ambassador and works very close to the guests. I couldn’t have asked for more from her! So much attention to detail, so polite. She truly made our stay even more wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our stay, everything exceeded our expectations. Every corner of the resort speaks of elegance and comfort. We felt valued and sincerely cared for. As for the room we stayed in, I wholeheartedly recommend the swim-up room. We had sun all afternoon and fully enjoyed all the amenities that this room type offers. Truly worthy of 5 stars! Also, the Food and Beverage department is one of the most well-organised I’ve seen. The buffet changes daily, offering new and delicious dishes every time, and most importantly for me, it includes traditional specialties. As for the à la carte restaurant — it goes without saying, you must try it to enjoy a real culinary experience. The management system of this resort runs so smoothly that any question or minor issue you might encounter will be handled promptly and discreetly. I was incredibly impressed by the well-trained and always friendly staff. It’s a unique place that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime! We’re already looking forward to returning. If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, look no further. We stayed at Unique Blue for my mother’s birthday and it was beyond amazing. From the warm welcome with champagne, a delicious cake, fruit platter and card, to the breathtaking sea-view room and infinity pool – every moment felt magical. The service is what truly sets this resort apart. Every staff member was kind, attentive and professional. The manager even arranged a surprise fine dining experience at Thymises – world-class cuisine in a stunning setting. Add to that spotless housekeeping, excellent all-inclusive dining, and thoughtful farewell gifts, and you get an unforgettable experience. We only stayed two nights, but left with lifetime memories. Unique Blue is a resort that knows how to make guests feel truly special – highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!
