It is a beautiful hotel. I loved my room. It is clean and spacious. Everyone works at the hotel is very nice and professional. It is located quiet area, but walking distance to Kars castle, cafe, shops and restaurants.

The building that impressed me the most in terms of Baltic architecture was the Cheltikov Hotel. I visited all the streets in the center and left the hotel for last because it was far from my route. When the rain started, I wanted to have a tea in the restaurant section. After taking a breather, they said they would serve the tea when paying. The staff were very polite.

Kars merkezde popüler 2 otelden biri biz bu sebeple ve diğerinde yer olmadığı için biz de cheltikov oteli tercih ettik. Diğer en popüler otelin fiyatlarıyla aynı parayı ödedik fakat tek güzel şey bina. Biz çift kişilik oda tuttuk fakat girdiğimizde tekli 2 yatak vardı sonra talebimiz üzerine onu birleştirdiler , kahvaltı güzeldi , fakat 2-3 günlük bir tatilde sadece yatmak için kullanacaksanız bu fiyatları ödemeye gerek yok.
