So, considering we wanted an economixal place to stay with breakfast in the heart of Pigadia, Titania kept popping up during the searches. We gave it a chance. Wouldn’t stay in the hotel much. The hotel is old/looks dated. But that we do not mind. Although a fresh-up can easily be achieved by slapping white paint here and there on the walls. Room itself is not large, but beds are comfy enough, sheets and towels have stains, but they smell clean. No flat screen tv in this room, just 15inch CRT box, it has a vintage feel/‘flashback to my youth’ kind of feeling with it. The airco cools the room. Breakfast consists of bread, cold cuts, boiled eggs (cold), coffee/tea, juice/water, yoghurt and canned fruit, sweetened cereal, cakes and cookies. Quality is basic! The only thing which makes the whole experience unacceptable is the mildew on the bathroom tiles. Who knows when last the tiles were scrubbed. A bit of cleaning agent and a bit of elbow grease makes the bathroom acceptable again. With everything at a minimum, just one thing needs to go wrong to make the experience bad, pitifully that happened to us.

Το δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε ήταν βρώμικο με ξεραμένες στάμπες ούρων και τριχών στο καπάκι της τουαλέτας, ήταν μέσα στη σκόνη, με σπασμένα τα συρτάρια στο πλάι των κρεββατιών, τα σεντόνια (και τα 2) και η μαξιλαροθήκη είχαν βρώμικες στάμπες σαν να έχουν πέσει κάτω και να έχουν πατηθεί όπου η καθαρίστρια όταν της τα έδειξα αρχικώς μου έλεγε οτι δεν είναι τίποτα δεν χρειάζεται να μου τα αλλάξει. Οι μπαλκονόπορτες δεν κλείδωναν (τραγικό-απαράδεκτο για να έχεις ασφάλεια), η πόρτα του δωματίου επίσης δεν κλείδωνε απλώς την έκλεινες και μια φορά άνοιξε απο τον αέρα, όπου αναγκαζόμασταν να βάζουμε καρέκλα απο πίσω και για να μην ανοίξει απο τον αέρα αλλά και για να μην την ανοίξει η καθαρίστρια. Τα τραπεζοκαθίσματα του μπαλκονιού ήταν ακουμπισμένα πάνω στην ντουλάπα και έπρεπε εγώ ως πελάτης να τα βγάλω στο μπαλκόνι και να τα καθαρίσω. Το επιτοίχιο φωτιστικό στο μπάνιο ήταν σπασμένο, γυρισμένο προς τα κάτω με αποτέλεσμα να μην πλενόμαστε στο νιπτήρα για το φόβο ότι μπορεί να αποκοληθεί/σπάσει και να πέσει στο κεφάλι μας. Μετά από όλα αυτά μπήκε και η καθαρίστρια στο δωμάτιο, ενώ κοιμόμασταν, για να καθαρίσει ... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ! Αφού παραπονεθήκαμε και έιπαμε ότι είναι αδιανόητο να σου ανοίγει το δωμάτιο, οιοσδήποτε για οποιονδήποτε λόγο, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι έπρεπε να φεύγεις εως μια συγκεκριμένη ώρα για να μπει καθαρίστρια χωρίς να μας ζητήσουν καν συγνώμη. Εαν για κάποιο λόγο ήθελες να κοιμηθέις και να βγείς αργά ΔΕΝ σου καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο (Αυτό είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να μείνει γεμάτος ο κάδος της τουαλέτας και έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε να τον αλλάξουν.). Θα έπρεπε το ξενοδοχείο να έχει προσλάβει περισσοτερες καθαρίστριες για να μπορει να παρέχει το ΒΑΣΙΚΟ που είναι η καθαριότητα και ούτε αυτό είχε! Για να μην αναφέρουμε και τον απαράδεκτο τρόπο τους όχι μόνο όταν τους αναφέραμε τα ανωτέρω αλλα και τη γενικότερη συμπεριφορά αυτών. Το δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε το καθάρισα εγώ ..... απογοήτευση για τις παροχές κάποιων ξενοδοχείων. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξαναπάω.
